They told us who to expect to show up during the work day (inspectors, materials delivery and additional crew). The office staff was fantastic Leticia bent over backwards to be sure that we received the documents on time with complete accuracy. I had a difficult time opening one of the documents on my computer so she helped me change the doc so I could read it, she even printed it out for me and had it delivered before the end of the day. I liked that they sent someone out right away. Had others simply provide estimates for clearing out the birds, cleaning panels and roof, and installing the guards. I must say that they were higher priced than the others. The quote was dropped by $100, but felt confident that they were better than the others. I must say they did a great job cleaning the roof and panels. The install of the guards look great as well. With that being said, four days later and the birds are still hanging out. My recommendation is definitely to shop around, understand what you need and find the best options and the company for your project. They can have huge differences in how they approach and price the work. In our case, this company was the best one, and they did an awesome job, but most importantly for me, I never felt being taken advantage of even for a moment, or feeling convinced into something I'm hesitant about.
