Revised: I was quoted $130 for the exact windows I wanted cleaned. As one can see in the attached photos, I was charged $208 for those windows. I have no problem with the add-on for solar and hard water removal. I will go up to two stars for good service and coming out same day. Original: I sent photos of the windows I wanted cleaned, was quoted a price, then once the job was completed I was charged more than $100 over the estimate. The cleaning was done well, but I felt there was a dishonest quote/estimate.

Eric was really quick to respond to my request a quote for rain gutter cleaning. He sent a reasonable quote and was able to come out the next day. He did an awesome job with the gutters without disturbing us at home and even showed me some spots where there is some damage so that I know to keep an eye on things there. We hired Crib Crew to wash our windows. We have a very tall two story house, with awnings that make it difficult to clean the upstairs windows. Brandon from Crib Crew washed our windows, and he did a great job! I would say, he went above and beyond. Our windows look spectacular! Their prices were very reasonable! We'll definitely hire them again! The pictures don't do it justice. read more

I had the Crew come to my Clovis residence. They did everything that was expected and more. 15 windows and screens cleaned perfectly. They got on my roof and pressure washed the bird droppings and cleaned the gutters as well. I also had them clean my solar panels and install some metal spikes to help keep the birds away. Truly a professional job. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to make their Crib look like new again read more

The owners are two of the coolest dudes, Brandon and Eric were professional and timely, their work was efficient and they didn't cut corners! Where and how do I begin to describe my experience with Cribcrew? First, my main purpose was to find someone to clean our "very dirty" solar panels. Not knowing that YELP was similar to Angie's List, I received quite a few responses to my service request and hired the first guy I heard from. (Not a smart move on my part!). Not long after I got a call from Brandon at Cribcrew, (who was very professional on the phone) but I told him I'd already hired someone to do the job. He then sent me a list of services his company offered and I hired him for window cleaning. I wasn't pleased at all with the job Guy #1 did on the solar panels and subsequently asked Brandon to redo them. i couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction! For starters, Brandon kept me informed of his ETA to my house (Guy #1 was 2-1/2 hours late and I had to call him!). CribCrew arrived on time; clean cut and ready to get to work. They did a beautiful job on the windows and made the solar panels sparkle and shine! I would've given them more than 5 stars if I'd had the option to. And they left our property just the way they'd found it! I will definitely have CribCrew back in the near future as having the rain gutters cleaned is next on the agenda!
