He went way above and beyond--trimmed trees near my panels, cleared leaves off the roof and across my entire backyard, swept everything, cleaned the panels, and even did a full inspection with photos of any issues. The amount of extra work he put in was honestly unreal. He arrived at 1:30 PM and spent HOURS doing the job, making sure everything was completely taken care of, until past 4:30pm. He should absolutely be charging more for how thorough he is. I believe he charged about $10/panel. It ran me $260 - but with the cleaning, tree trimming, gutter cleaning, sweeping/brush clean up, and all the other extra work - it was a steal!!! I know solar cleaning services are everywhere, but this one truly stands out--you will not be disappointed. I never post stuff like this, but I feel like I always have the worst luck with services, and he was so incredibly good I had to share! I would like a firm hand shake and a good morning from anyone that enters my property. I didn't get it from Mike. A few red flags went up and his contact was not going in my Rolodex. Regarding the work; he not only quoted me for the work I requested but for additional work and labor that I didn't need. Not a good feeling. I understand construction and he wasn't making any sense. On top of that he called me three times, back-to-back, this morning while I was in my child's recital only to have confused me with someone else. Who does this?! I would not recommend him. Mike did an amazing job for us. It started with a leaky toilet. I informed Mike that I already had someone else handling the toilet. He asked if we've had our gutters inspected, and I told him we had not. I also mentioned we had solar panels, and he said he'd take care of both for us. While he was cleaning the solar panels, Mike noticed we had granules from the shingles that were loose. He went on to say he could seal the roof, which would buy us some time before needing to replace the roof. He also noticed the drain leading to the street was completely clogged, so he took care of that as well. Mike was punctual, friendly, and professional. Whenever I have an issue with our home in the future, Mike will be my first phone call. I can't recommend him highly enough. Our solar panels look brand new, the drain to the street is unclogged, gutters taken care of, and the roof is sealed. All done in one weekend. Thank you again, Mike! Mike and his brother Tony did help me with a long list of handyman jobs, weather stripping door,installing new shower head,installing blinds,putting together a65inch tv stand,and installing a headboard. And everything was done with care! They even figured out a solution to fix the headboard just right! They both were very friendly and professional! We had two beat up problem exterior doors that hadn't closed properly in years. It was easy to set up an appointment via Yelp and have them come out to see what they could do to solve our issues. They worked hard to find a solution so that we could feel secure about the doors closing and locking again. After some adjustments, new weatherstripping installed, and even a trip to the store to get paint to touch things up, the doors are good to go.
