They have seen five of our pets over the last several years, and helped see one of them through to the very end. The thoughtfulness and compassion they displayed when they came to our home to put our cat to sleep, and the followup with them about the process was truly exemplary. I think that how an office handles situations like that speaks everything about them. As another story, our greyhound has a bizarre blood clotting condition that we've had experiences with in the past that no other vet was able to figure out. Our vet put in the time to do the research, figured out what it was, and found us a supplier of a medication that fixes it, and did not charge us extra for all that extra time spent outside of the visit. They consistently do more than provide minimum care for our furbabies, and in my experience, I've never felt so confident about the vet I take our creatures to.

It's been 3 weeks and I've been calling and fighting none stop to get it back but apparently it's completely lost and there's nothing they can do but say sorry and apologies for that.

I had an appointment for my guinea pigs and anyone who knows, they are counted as exotic animals, so they tend to be pretty pricey. We adopted a senior rescue and knew we would give him the best days of his life...whatever he had left. Bogie was with us 4 years and 10 days. God how we loved that dog. Pk pets waited for us after we left our vets office, we pulled straight into the building and they met us with a gurney and offer to help unload our special boy. It was our decision to drive him to pk pets, as they would of picked him up at the vets. It was closure for us to bring him to them. Everyone on staff was gentle and caring. We were very vulnerable and I really appreciated them not trying to upsell us anything. The turn around time for Bogie's ashes was 24 hours, we got our little man back in a beautifl carved and inscribed wooden box and a paw print that was all included in the price. The service was very reasonably priced. I would recommend downloading the form and having it filled out before that day comes, your just too emotional to take care of little details. If we ever decided to get a rescue again, we would definatly go back to PK for pets when that time was needed.

We did some research, and although there's companies out there that all sound like they do the same thing, I can tell you, they don't. From the moment I spoke to the Hidden Fence Of people I knew that they were customer service oriented. They came out the very next day and dropped some line around the perimeter of the house, even though there was 2 feet of snow. And they will be back to bury it come spring time. The gentleman that came out and spent about an hour working with me on training. It was very easy, and within about a month my dog was off leash and not venturing out of the yard anymore. One of the concerns I had going in was that would the collar be painful for my dog. So I tried it out on my self and it is basically nothing more than a vibration and not a painful shock which I think other companies use. As my dog approaches the perimeter, there is a beeping sound and vibration, and right away he knew that he has gone too far. Now after a solid month, it is so apparent that he knows the boundary, So happy to have made this choice.
