I took my car in to have the brakes checked for possible replacement. They took it for a test drive and checked the remaining lifespan and determined the discs had plenty of life left. We are here working at the Beaumont fair, we have traveled from Ri. Unfortunately on the drive we hit a pothole, this is our first time here and had no idea where to go. I took my car in for an oil change today. The employees were very friendly and professional. The waiting room was very clean and nice. The employee wrote out what I wanted and did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need. They wrote out what the oil change included (an inspection on many items that was free) as well as the oil change, told me exactly how much it would be, and the job was performed quickly and efficiently. I will definitely go back for the remainder of my oil changes. I really liked the text and email messages I received which noted all items performed. read more

I don't usually do reviews but I had quiet the encounter with this place today. I had rims and tires that I wanted to be placed on my truck and they agreed to do it for me, so I was okay with it. They were going to charge me $45 to take off my stock rims and tires and place the new ones I had in the bed of my truck on for me, I was okay with it. I waited for about 45 minutes before they even pulled my truck into the bag to start working on it. They finally got all 4 tires off and the new ones on in about an hour an a half. Well, as they were pulling my truck out of the bay, they didn't move one of the arms for the hydraulic lift and they made a 3" gash into my tire and it was popped. Now about 2 hours go by and they were trying to find me a new tire because they popped my other, I was rudely told to my face in exact words, "We shouldn't have even accepted your job in the first place." This made me very irritated at them, and s I had my father on the phone talking to them, he wasn't listening at all and was very rude. As Kelly was walking out the door into the shop after a phone call with my father, he said in exact words, "Put the tires back on the F*****g truck and get him the hell out of here." As they were putting my original tires back on, me and a buddy were put in the parking lot waiting for my truck to be finished so I could leave, one of the workers was doing a state inspection and in the process of an state inspection you have to get the vehicle to 20mph in about 50 feet according to the worker, well... he sped by me and my buddy and was inches away from hitting us, and after he got out of the vehicle he started saying to us that we should have moved because we were in the "inspection zone". 3 hours go by and I finally get my truck back with nothing accomplished except them popping one of my tires. This shop has terrible service and is NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. Anyone that is needing tire work done, there is a Discount Tire right next door, I highly recommend them because they are very respectful and will get you in and out in under an hour. And they don't charge you for rotations. The last thing I have to say about this place is, if you're not a tire shop, then why did you accept my job I needed done, and y'all charge $30 for a rotation of tires when discount does it for free..... where did you get wanting to charge me $45 at? read more

They asked me to bring my care back in to be evaluated the mechanic said that the items needed to be replace and the owner said that they would make it right but never did and did not give my money back for detroying my vehicle. I brought my car (15 year old Saturn) in after my brakes failed on the highway. The diagnosis was rusted brake lines, which had to be replaced. I was a little anxious as I was scheduled to leave on a road trip very soon after. Kelly Broussard assured me the work would be done in time, and he was a man of his word. I was probably less than an ideal customer, as I was a bit of a pest, asking for updates.
