These folks are AMAZING !! They show up quick. They have kind, helpful and respectful drivers. They are professional but also offer the human element. Today I got picked up and when I got my card out I dropped my wallet. After looking for it for a bit I called them and they handled it right away. They came all the way across town and brought it to me FOR FREE!! Losing my wallet was my fault but they just brought it right to me no issue at all!! read more

This is an unacceptable car service. dirty floors, broken window (in an unsafe air quality situation), stinky, driver got lost, pizza box on floor, filthy. never would I ever send a car to pick someone up like this. unacceptable. read more

We used T & H Lift for a ride to a wedding. Brett was our driver and he was AWESOME !!! He arrived early which was great for us and sent me a text that he was here. The drivers have excellent time management skills to arrive on time ! The van was clean and we had plenty of room. Brett was super personable and we talked all the way to our destination. I even told everybody at the wedding to use this taxi service and how GREAT they are. I hope you get some more riders. Very PROFESSIONAL, KIND, RESPECTFUL, and KNOWLEDGABLE. I would recommend this service 100%. read more

They are FULLS and we have video and pics to prove it. I have been manipulated and should have demanded atleast a partial refund after our visit (having read up on the law and what it means them lying about size of beds). The beds in the cabins aren't queens like advertised. Beware! And contact me if you noticed this too.

T & H is the absolute BEST cab co Findlay has, no one else even compares!!! Since my truck went down, a year ago, I have had to use them daily to get to work and all of the other life adventures! They have gotten me to my destination ON TIME and SAFE!!! 99% of the time they were outside waiting on me, I rarely had to wait for them. If they thought they were going to be late, they ALWAYS let me know! They were never late, maybe just 1 or 2 minutes, never any kind of wait time. Now I usually had my rides planned ahead of time but even on those last min calls for a ride, I never had to wait long. They always arrived when they said they would! Brett and his wife, the owners, are two beautiful souls who love and care for all of there customers and employees!!! They go above and beyond for all!!! All of there drivers are kind, professional, caring, reliable, they all take good care of you!!! I will be here a while listing all the kindness they have all shown me but my favorite is when.... After paying my driver on morning, I dropped my wallet into my bag and got out. A few hours later I realized my wallet did not go into my bag and that it must be laying on the floor of the back seat of the cab. I immediately called Brett! He then called his driver who then brought me my wallet!!! That whole process took only 3 minutes!!! 3 minutes from the time I called the owner till I had my wallet back in my hands, WOW!!! I was very impressed and grateful!!!! The same thing happened with this other cab co in town. The hospital had called that other cab co for me and when I accidentally left my wallet in there cab, it took them 5 days to get it back to me!! And not because they helped at all!!! Brett and his crew are like family and they treat you like family!!! I will walk before I use anyone other than T&H!!! Love them so much!!! They will take you anywhere you want to go!!! They have even taken my fur babies to the vet in Arlington!! And they help with your medical rides and they help give rides at our shelter!!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!!!!
