You can bring your own alcohol on the wagon and it's fun struggling with friends to peddle that thing up a hill (it's a work out!). The bars you stop at have drink specials for the tour, usually shots and you have anywhere between 20-40 minutes at each bar. We stopped at 4 or 5. We picked a few and our tour guide just stopped at a few that seemed to be required stops for them.

When I explained that we had an emergency situation the park office gave me the name and number of the park owner and suggested I call him. Dennis Driver was absolutely wonderful. He said he had a site I could park in at a very reasonable rate. While I was in the hospital for several days Dennis and his staff went above and beyond to help my wife who knew very little about the RV or about things that I would normally take care of. I would recommend Hidden Lake Campground to anyone. While I myself spent little time in the park itself the level of concern and care exhibited puts them at par with any of the best RV parks in the country. The rooms are lined buildings like windowless townhouses, almost eerie until we found our room number and pulled into our personal garage. I had been waiting months for this visit because, as expected in the Midwest, hotel rooms with personal pools can be a hot commodity so I booked WAY in advance. For a price tag of over five hundred dollars, the Grand Royal Pool Suite gave us every amenity I could've imagined; soaking tub, two person shower, plush robes, electric fire place, soft king bed, sauna and what we really drove all that way there for, our own personal, private swimming pool. During our stay at Belamere Suites we found indulgence, comfort and, as advertised, limitless romance.
