I had my wedding at Alta Vista Country Club and during the booking they had a promotion of two free hours of a photo booth by Eureka. I was more then excited because take home photos are always the best memories! Dalphin and Nick were great correspondents with responding to emails and setting up calls. They have so many add ons it's hard to say NO! Lol we ended up paying $160 extra for the $50 kardashian black and white filter, custom template and pause of photobooth during the two hour slot. **Tip for any future customers that pick the kardashian filter it does not look the best with guests with darker complexions so I recommend choosing a color scheme instead of the black and white. Overall, we had a great experience with Eureka and I loved how we were also given online and fb access to the online prints the same night which was awesome! We initially discovered Eureka at a wedding fair back in 2019 and were mesmerized with the high quality prints and the Boo Pomeranian dog props. Did they use facetune?! Are we airbrushed? How did we look so good?! We had to do a double take in the mirror then immediately booked Eureka for our August 2020 wedding. Stumbled onto Eureka photo booth in an OC wedding fair. Unfortunately, due to Covid, our wedding got postponed. Twice, I know. But Dalphin and Nick (Eureka) we're so accommodating and didn't charge extra or up charge anything. Communication was also lightning quick (template designs, frames, props, backdrop, set up, etc). On day of wedding, they set up perfectly without any needed babysitting or directing which is awesome since you know weddings are hectic. Nick at Eureka Photo was great! We hired Eureka for our YMCA Adventure Guides Holiday Dance in December. Nick helped walk me thru design options for the backdrop and the design of the photo cards attendees would get, pricing, planning and other details. He even had the GREAT idea to create candy party favors for the 120+ dads and daughters we expected to attend. Nick was super helpful as I juggled other details for the event at the dance venue, the DJ, Disney Princesses, etc. I felt like I didn't have to worry about photos because Nick was on it...then COVID starting surging and suddenly we had to reschedule the event. Nick and the team were understanding, pivoted to our revised date in February and were great about our need to go from a Holiday Dance to a Valentines Dance. We all waited until COVID cases started coming down and when they did (thankfully), Nick was the first partner that I heard from.
