This store is in a small town that customers stop in and go without giving this place any luv, the…read moreplace is busy because this is the only store in town, I saw farmers filling up with gas, I stopped in and was greeted by the cashier, this was about 5 pm and the bathroom was clean, the store was clean and organized, the pizza was from Godfather and it was fresh too, Eagle stop is all over Missouri stores in the small towns, the cashier ask if I was a member and most places don't ask you that question, I will start going to these stores

Since new owners are now operating this business, it is completely opposite of where it was regarding customer service. Employees are not responsive to questions nor concerns, the facility quality has dropped significantly, window cleaning solution is rarely available at each pump, trash cans are rarely emptied and on two occasions, staff was observed emptying trash cans by gas pumps while smoking a lit cigarette. The later is most concerning. All in all, the owners need to step up regarding training of staff and expectations for quality service.

As I looked around the store, I noticed they had a large variety of snacks and great convenience products for sale, except their craft beer selection, which was average. The Highway signs got me for sure and I'm glad I stopped here. Super clean bathrooms and super great prices for Carhart and other great outdoor clothing. Everyone I encountered was also super nice.
