Her space is so beautiful and peaceful, you will feel relaxed just walking in the door. She does a fantastic job at fostering a calming, comforting, and welcoming environment for her clients. Both times I went to get Reiki done, I was not feeling like myself, feeling irritable, and just generally blocked. Totally stuck in a mental and energetic rut! She uses crystals and essential oils to help clear and open your chakras (along with gently placing her hands on you or near you), and each time I've left feeling so zenned out afterwards, it's awesome. What's even better is that if Jessi gets any insights while she's performing Reiki, she'll share that with you as well, which is always fun to look further into. She's super knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. The place is wonderful. They offer various massage styles including Swedish, Deep-tissue, Asian, Hot Stone and Foot massages. My favorite was the deep tissue, hot stone massage. The prices are excellent! typical spa's charge double if not triple the price for similar services. They also offer a 6-month or 12-month membership plan where you can get anything from a 1-hour 60 minute message for $45 a month with 10% discounts for additional massages. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about pressure points and various massage techniques. I would recommend calling ahead and setting an appointment, as they do get busy especially on the weekends. Highly recommended!!

My muscles and balance improved and I regained a lot of strength. I did not totally get better because there is a small piece of bone broken off in my ankle and my achilles tendon is full of tears that won't heal but they did the best they can. My favorite who helped me the most was Monafae. I also liked Juli, Craig, and Michelle a lot. Tim and Jason were nice too. I didn't always like dealing with the front desk women. I think most of them should learn to be a bit more friendly and explain things more but I won't mark them down for that!
