The "scene" of this place is best described in one word: SERENITY. Personally, I struggle with anxiety + depression (as we ALL do, I'm finding as of late), and with the mental pain comes the physical pain. I was hoping to reach a point in my session where I could let go of all the extraneous + weighty thoughts that clog up my mind. I wanted to reach a place of complete reception. I can safely say that I was able to reach a point in those 60 minutes where I "let go". My brain started acting differently, as it was shooting endorphins throughout my entire neurological structure. All of the outside world's "noise" was silenced both on the external level + in my own mind. I could feel my spine "crack" a bit, as my entire back realigned itself, naturally. It's actually very nice. You get a private room, with your own shower and float. After showering, you get 1 hour in the float. It's like a very large Jacuzzi that's only a foot deep.
