I live in Arizona and last week was my first opportunity to visit my dad and take a look around. I took this picture on Sunday, 5/15. I shared this picture with our contact at the company, Rosie. And asked if she could explain how this could be missed. Every grate in the house looks similar. She said that the basic clean we pay for does not include them vacuuming/cleaning the grates. But that the first deep clean it would have been done. Hard to believe this much dust can accumulate in approx. 60 days. FYI - the rug that they vacuum is within 5' of this grate and they have to step over it to get to the bathroom. When I asked if this could be addressed I was politely told we could find someone else to clean the house.
