I've been in Meridian for almost two weeks. I decided to come to this nail salon since it is close to where I live. I called asking if they can take a walk-in at 2:30pm and I was told yes. I get there and there at least 4-5 other women who are waiting. So I asked a woman who is sitting next to me how long she had been waiting. She told me "about 10 mins" finally after waiting 20 mins I'm told to sit at a station. At this time, I was also trying to pick out a color for my nails and a good portion they have on their nail polish racks are extremely outdated. I told the owner that the nail polishes were terrible. He then tells me that "not all of the nail polishes are terrible". Ummm, sir, they are terrible. He then proceeds to give me an attitude and gossip about me to another customer. I keep cool, I'm not from here and he really doesn't want any smoke. I sit down with JoJo and I'm told to put my hands in acetone to soak off, not individually wrapped my nails in foil to take off the powder. I explained to her to have customers put their fingers in acetone is NOT good for the skin. Plus, it is an outdated method. I sit there for another 30 mins and then finally my nails are being worked on. My fill-in/manicure was just OK. I asked for almond shape nails and I got round. Then the owner starts arguing with a customer that got her nails done and now had a fungal infection. The owner took no initiative to help fix the problem. He tells her "well we've never had that problem" and proceeds to walk away. You could see the fungal on the poor girls finger. Absolutely disrespectful! I then get a deluxe pedicure and my feet are done decent at best. I didn't get a proper callous remover on my feet. My feet should have had the remover sit on it. Not to mention I have nail polish all on my toes, that should have been cleaned up. I spent $90 for an environment that is rude to customers and service is below standards. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Not my normal salon but I went. Well, firstly it took almost 3 hours and 2 hours of that was waiting when we had an appointment. The nail tech started on my grandma's nails then stopped before she was done and started on 2 other clients. I've had then nails for not even a week and one on popped right off from literally getting out of bed. Do not go here! They make you wear a mask (which I already had with me...fine), but then they also make you wear a face shield. They don't tell you they are charging you for the face shield until you go to pay when you leave...$5 for a stupid face shield that I didn't want to wear in the first place, and certainly didn't want to buy! It was uncomfortable and HOT!! Not a pleasant spa experience at all. I couldn't wait to get out of there so that I could breathe. They didn't even do a very good job...my nails look crappy. What a rip off! Don't go here unless you want a hot, miserable spa experience and you like getting ripped off. read more

By the time my nails were done , I had three busted up & cut cuticles. Two of which were bleeding. I also went it after seeing my sisters nails and got the same thing done but I was charged more. When I asked about this I was basically told I didn't know what I was talking about and that my sister was either confused about what service she'd got or hadn't got them done there. I even showed pictures of her nails to prove it was the same service and in fact one that should have been more expensive , not less , than mine. I won't return again. Service was okay at first. When I showed them the design I wanted they told me they can do it. After painting my nails (with the WRONG design) they told they weren't able to do it unless I got a different set/style of acrylics and then upped the price $20 more. My friend also got her nails done and they didn't even ask her what color, they didn't ask her how long she wanted them, nor did they take their time. T&T Nails will never get my money again. I had been going there for about 6 months every 2 weeks for dip and pedicure. Never was completely satisfied with the pedicure unless the unauthentic girl did it! Recently I made an appt. on a Sat. @ 9am. I got my pedicure and when it was time for my nails to be done I waited 30 min. before it was discovered that I was getting dip. I could have been soaking....so normally the "Wife" does my nails who was not there, so I asked if the "Husband" could do them who had 2 appt. before me....ok that's fine so the "Daughter" said she would do them. Well 2 people who also had appt. well after my appt. time was waited on before me. So I'm steaming because it's now after 11am and I'm still soaking. The "Husband" ask if I'm mad and I tell him YES because I had an appt. he tells me that I didn't make an appt. with him and I had gotten an pedicure...1st of all he has never done my nails so why did he think I'm pissed because he wasn't doing them? He's not special! 2nd of all what difference does it make if I had an pedicure or not? My appt. was at 9am for dip and a pedicure. It's 11:30!!! My nails has not been worked on! To top it off he is whispering to his client about me....like I can't hear him. How unprofessional...so I told the daughter that I wanted just the soak off because I was leaving. The "Husband" ask why? I said because I had something to do and I was not fixing to sit and wait another hour and half to get my nails done when I had an appt. it was 11:45 when I got done soaking. T&T Nails will never get my money again and I will tell everyone I know. By the way Exqusite Nails on Hwy 39 does dip and the environment is amazing.
