This is my first visit at this nail salon because many friends recommended me of this place. I even looked at the portfolio that they had on Facebook to make sure they do the style of nails that I ask for. (Shown below) the Pinterest picture is the example I wanted for the shape and my result is the black/red cateye nails. Color is fantastic, shaping not so much. I kept asking the lady to make it sharper she kept complaining about my nailbed being too small in width and that she couldn't make it sharper. If that's the case, why couldn't she recommend me something else or to go short just any recommendations if she couldn't deliever what I asked for. I'm willing to compromise. One picture that is shown below with the gems is work done by a nail salon in Houston that is MY NAILS. It is possible to make it as sharp and long with the size of my nail bed. I felt like she didn't want to put in the time because in the middle of her filing my nails she said next time when I call for an appointment to say long nails because I made her backed up. I apologized and told her it was my first time coming here I didn't know I was supposed to specify. if I'm supposed to then ask the length of nails that I want through the phone. I didn't want to tip her because she was very short with me on me correcting her what I want when I was just trying to have a conversation. I gave her 10$ because I understand what it's like to be in the service industry. I'm just sad because I don't get my nails done often and this is the result I got. I even asked my best friend on her thoughts and I'm glad I'm Not the only one who sees the issues. The reviews tricked me. I did not have the experience everyone else did. Upon arrival, I asked for something similar to a photo posted on yelp of THEIR work. Said they couldn't do it. Sooooo if you're thinking about getting something unique based on their pictures- Forget it. So, I settled for Acrylic set with a solid color of gel polish. Pretty simple request, I thought.. Wrong. All my nails are different lengths and shapes. I had to ASK her to straighten a few before I left, but they are STILL so bad. I attached a picture but it doesn't even do it justice of how terrible they look. In the picture, Top to bottom: ring finger is curved then squared off at an angle. Middle finger is skinnier than ALL the rest and extremely lumpy. Index finger is traditional square shape with wavy edge? All three fingers clearly different shapes. Sloppy work. I was in the area visiting my boyfriend's family for the holidays when I broke two of my nails. I found this business thanks to the great reviews. They were able to fit me in for a mani pedi the day after Christmas. The young lady at table 3 (I never got her name) was my favorite nail technician ever. She was super gentle with my nail beds, meticulously removed my old gel polished, reshaped perfectly, and did an amazing paint job. I hate anyone touching my feet but I decided to suck it up and get my second (much needed) pedi ever. It was actually relaxing and I was feeling pretty good by the end. I ended up spending $67 for the mani with gel polish and I had to have an acrylic on the broken nail + the pedi with gel polish. Super happy overall! I went for the first time & I sat up an appointment couldn't find my appointment I made but took me 45 mins later. I got a gel manicure & pedicure. The lady made my nails into a square shape not coffin. All of the nails are different shapes. My toes when I got them done the lady didn't ask me how long and she cut them short but I told her something and she cut my other nails & they were longer than my other foot. I made this appointment for T&T Nails having high expectations, as I did my research beforehand and saw their work and good reviews. The nails themselves were ok, not the best work I've seen from online. They're a little blotchy and uneven, she also did not do the shape I requested and barely fixed it after I asked. I ended up fixing them after coming home. As for the workers at T&T Nails, this is where my low rating is coming from. The lady that did my nails was rushing around so much and was very rough on my hands and nails, it felt like I had chemical burns on my fingers (just comparing the feeling, I know she didn't burn me). Once she had me wash my hands in the sink, I did not know where they kept their towels, so I asked an employee of hers, that was waiting for someone to come to his station, where they were and he acted as if I severely inconvenienced him by asking. He sighed, and with a very annoyed tone, pointed and said "in there". I then asked him where they go once I'm done and he does the same thing again. Last but not least, they had charged me $50 for a basic set of acrylics. Their pricing said $35+ for a full set so I assumed, since I am only getting short, single colored nails, that it wouldn't be too much more and here it comes out to be $50. All in all, am very disappointed in this experience and would've given a 1 star but the nails weren't terrible. I am definitely looking for another salon! read more

I was in town for business and I broke a nail. I called them around 12 pm on a Thursday and made an appointment for that evening at 5:30 taking one of the last appointments. This place had to turn walk-ins away when I was getting my nails done because they were too busy and their phone was ringing off the hook to schedule appointments. The staff was all very friendly. My nails turned out great! It was a little more than I typically pay for a gel dip manicure it came to $40 as they had to remove the old gel. She only removed it part way and put new gel on top. I'm not sure why but I can't tell. I would return. read more

Updated review. First time I went there I was on the seventh cloud happy. Second time I came for a fill and it was ok. Third visit was the most disappointing ever. The girl named Lilly was awful. She wouldn't speak to me. Never asked me if I liked the job and what takes a cake instead of telling me to put my elbow on the table she gave me the look and pushed so hard on my hand it left a bruise. Also after leaving I noticed gel being all over my fingers. She didn't even check to see or she did ok job. No care in the world. Except her boyfriend she was keep talking about. That was the time when I wished I could leave 0 tip. No instead I still left my regular $20. Forth time I went there I asked to have tips removed because instead of square tips I got coffin tips (courtesy of Lilly) also I made sure to get appointment with Linda who did my nails first. After 3 mins of conversation with I assume manager Linda agreed to remove them and replace with square I was happy. Until 2 hours later I left the shop and noticed gel wasn't placed properly and even. Also found some gel on the back of my fingers again. Like cmon! And I gave extra tip ($40) because she took off my old tips yet I still got very mediocre TO SAY acrylic manicure. Can't recommend this place anymore unfortunately. Time to find new shop read more

I liked T&T Nails immediately when I walked in to have a mani/ pedi done. It had been a long time since my last one. I am not one to fuss over nails and feet, but I wanted them done for our upcoming trip. In spite of not having an appointment, they were able to accommodate me. I chose to have the gel colors as it lasts longer and doesn't chip as quickly. The technician was very friendly and did a great job. I was very pleased with the results. read more

I am a frequent flyer of pedicures, and shellac(gel manicure), and loves to give business to salons who are professional, show proper nail care, cleanliness, and the volume of customers on a Friday morning just after 10:15 AM , of over flow states a lot about this place already. Very modern, clean, professional. A girl named Nina attended to my nails this AM, and provided a shellac gel manicure. Efficient, did not rush but did not take a long time either, and so highly professional. As a woman in business myself, I value the importance of other businesses presenting themselves and all employees in a professional manor. This place topped it all, had I not had to get home to be at work by a certain time, I would have splurged on a pedicure as well. I felt like I was in a gem nail salon in the city that dropped itself down in Greensburg. This location is also convenient because you have the mall, Starbucks, Banks, Restaurants, Planet Fitness, and other amenities to attend to with the convenience of this location. Also this salon provides all customers with their own "box", of nail utensils to ensure cleanliness, and also a way of customer retention and getting to know their customers, instead of them just being a number. I went to this place with my friends and we all got our nails done. Everyone's nails looked amazing except for mine. When I say done the lady took off 4 1/2 nails, one of them I did chip earlier that day and it need to come off but the other 3 she chipped and took off while taking the paint off then she took off half of one and sent me to someone else to fill them. First I asked for them to be cut down just by a little and they cut it to the point that the nail barely showed over my finger. Then he cut them each a different length and cut some oval not square. My thumb nail wasn't even attached to my nail! Lastly the he did not paint them well at all he smudged the paint then never fixed it. I will not be going back and neither will my friends. read more

My friend and I were in a pinch to get manicures (full set) and pedicures for a wedding the next day. After a lot of disappointment from other places in the area, we called T&T nails and they were able to make room for us. I walked in the salon and immediately felt relaxed. The place feels and is high-end, but has extremely reasonable prices. I cannot stress how clean the place is! All tools are sterilized and you receive your own box (kept at the salon) that has tools that are only used on you. My nails were done very well, and I will definitely be a return costumer. It's been a few years since I got my nails done, so I was excited for a fun/ relaxing afternoon. While the staff was very kind, the experience was overall not enjoyable. They were 30 minutes behind schedule and did not notify appointment holders in advance, so the salon was packed when I arrived. I noticed that surfaces were not cleaned in between customers. The phone was constantly ringing, which created a bit of a stressed environment, and I got the sense that my nail tech was in training because another tech eventually took over my basic manicure. I had polish on my skin that required cleaning and had to request that a few nails be improved after they bumped them while working. The product is okay but has noticeable imperfections. Overall, my nails are very similar to what I could have achieved by purchasing my own polish and top coat for a third of the price. I'd say this might be the place to go for gel nails like my friends do or if you for some reason can't paint your own nails at home. Otherwise, save your time and money, or choose a different salon. read more

First time ever going to this nail salon and I'll never go back. My nails look horrible and did not even last a week and cracked. I got a full set of solar nails and they already need filled and he made them so thin my thumb nail cracked. I called to say my nails did not look good and they only do appointments and that does not work with me as my job is different hours everyday. Most nail place around are walk in. So she said they could redo them on Wednesday but did not work so I asked if they could just refund me my money they said no. Well for 45 plus tip this place was not worth it at all. I will not go back-new workers with little experience. Went for a pedicure before my vacation and the young man doing my nails was not focused on what he was doing and he cut my skin. I started bleeding and he put this black liquid on my toe. They seemed unconcerned. I left without finishing the pedicure. The black liquid stayed on my toe for a week! Looked so gross! read more

I can't recommend this place to anyone. I was pleased with the environment and the staff. My pedicure looked nice when finished- it was what I took home with me that was unwelcome. After I removed the polish (a week later) I noticed my nails were white. I thought this might have been from the drummel tool she used. I repainted my nails and a week later they started flaking and peeling- yep a nail fungus. I managed to make it 38 years of near constant pedicures without EVER getting a nail fungus. Well I have it now. Thank you T&T. The oral medication is extremely hard on your liver so I will try to use natural cures. I'm just so disgusted. read more

Wish I could give this place no stars. I asked if the wait was long, they said no. Left me sitting at a table for 15 minutes. Then she ripped off all my nails, all I wanted was a simple refill and one nail fixed, and tells me I need to get a full set now. I did not have time for that so I had to let her take off all my nails and just paint my real nail, no acryllics and still had to pay $20 for something I did not want, and was done wrong because they are not even all the same shade and they are bubbling, just because she didn't feel like refilling them. Now I have to pay twice to get my nails done the way I wanted. Worst nail salon ever. Never go there. read more
