Been going get my Nails done here over a YEAR !! I got got into work last Friday for emergency , Nail tech called me 9:05 am. I called her 15 minutes later explaining I was So sorry , and got called to work. She sounded fine, and re-booked me for 10:00 am !!! I showed up today oat 9:55 am. She verbally abused me start yelling at me in front Whole store!!! The owner Kim was obviously embarrassed and did my nails , as she obviously refused to!!! Never been treated this way in my life. Clearly I don't know Greensburg as well as I thought. This was my first visit here and it has been on my list to try . But 20 years later?? During my manicure, I asked the manicurist how long the shop as been here, since I recently discovered it a few months back. His reply of 20 years was a bit unexpected! Also unexpected, was how quickly sorry I was for not visiting this shop sooner. It is very clean, spacious, and relaxing. my friend & i came here for just our toe nails painted before getting foot tattoos . we loved our technicians & they talked to us the whole time & had us laughing our asses off !!! both of our technicians talked to us about our day & tattoos we were getting & showed us their tattoos ! it was super nice to know they were relating to us ! they were super friendly & accommodating completely ! plus our toes came out beautifuly UPDATE !! i came here again for a full set of solar pink & white ombre & my mum came with me to get a mani & gels . she LOVED the selection of colors to chose from . leon did an amazing job on my nails & made sure they looked just the way i wanted them . they also had a good selection of different colored pinks to pick from ! over all amazing service everytime i go ANOTHER UPDATE !!! went 7/11/19 & it was amazing as always , had a perfect time & my nails look wonderful . we were able to do the sparkle i wanted & the ombre sparkle looked better then the picture i showed !! so impressed !! read more

The worst set of nails ive ever received. Ive never been to this salon before & needed a fill. The shape was really bad, every nail was uneven & bumpy. The red gel nail polish was also terrible & uneven. I went back & asked for them to be fixed & they looked messier than they did before. They also charged me $55 for this fill. read more

I had an acrylic set from a salon at home that I needed filled when I moved for school, so I tried out diamond nails. I've gotten two styles so far & have had no complaints, they look great & those rhinestones stayed until I got a polish change! To get a fill & gel polish change has taken under an hour both times (which I appreciate!) & with the designs & fill I paid $45. I've tried one other nail salon in Greensburg & left hating my acrylics because they were super thick, but my shape & thickness have been great here! read more

Just stopped in last week for a polish on nails and toes. It was not busy and I went right in. The place I usually go was not open. The nail polish I chose was unfortunately old and at the end. It was hard to polish and created lines. The top coat was even worse. It was gummy and stringy and did not spread evently Wish I would have done them myself. read more

My boyfriend and I went here and each got pedicures. A young man did mine and he did a wonderful job. He spent a lot of time on my pedicure and was really enjoyable to talk to. I would give him 10 stars if I could. The only reason this review is getting 4 stars is because although my boyfriends pedicure was good, his cuticles did bleed a little during the service (could be due to the fact he has never had a pedicure before). The filing was also a bit jagged on his big toe. Overall, the people were very friendly (especially the young man who did my pedicure) and we will definitely be coming back. read more

The white immediately started chipping the very next day. There was a ridge in my thumb and she never cleaned up the under side. She used her phone to scroll thru Facebook while doing my nails and barely spoke one word to me. She rushed thru my nails and I was done in less than an hour. I went back on Friday March 3, 2023 in hopes of having them fixed. I decided to change to a solid color because ridges were very visible in the pink of my French manicure and it looked dirty. They charged me $30 to correct their sloppy work! I will never return and tell every one I know how dissatisfied I am. When I questioned the high charge when I only had them painted 4 days beforehand, I was met with arguments! I have been having my nails done for probably 30 years and I have never ever been treated this way by any salon. I will never return. read more

My 15 year old daughter and a friend made an appointment together to get their nails done. The technicians/workers didn't even consider that the girls would want to sit together and chat. They separated the girls the whole time! The older lady who did my daughters nails was very rude! She was very impatient with my daughter and kept tapping her fingers with the nail file when she wasn't relaxing her fingers. This place looked OK on my first impression, but it yielded the worst pedicure experience of my life. Not only did I leave there dissatisfied with my pedicure, I left there wounded! The "nail tech" trimmed my big toenail so close to the nail bed that I am still in pain hours after the whole ordeal. My toe nails were trimmed down past the beginning of my skin causing me serious pain, a hideous pedicure, and probably an infection to come...and they still made me pay full price for their "services" despite me voicing my dissatisfaction to the owner numerous times! Not sure why this place has such poor ratings, I think a lot are from years ago. I'm VERY picky and honestly I've never had a bad experience here. I first came here in July to get a pedicure to relax me the day before i took my NCLEX. They did a fabulous job. Since then I've been coming to get a gel pedicure every month. My mom gets her nails dipped and they always look so good too. This past time she went 5 weeks, no lifting or no chipping. The staff are funny and personable as well, which is really cool. I would deff recommend this place if your looking for a good pedicure (regular polish or gel), or getting any type of nails done! read more

I visited this nail salon and I was pretty disappointed. The pedicure, which cost $28, was rushed and sloppy. My nails were not cut even nor filed even. They were left rough and jagged to the point that I redid them myself when I left. This was not worth the money or the 20 minutes of wasted time. Also, I noticed that every tool she used was put back into the same cup of blue liquid (I'm assuming for sterilization) that will likely be used on the next person. This made me really uncomfortable with the cleanliness level of the salon. I stopped in because it was close to the relatives I was visiting but if I come back in town I won't be going here. The lady that was there was nice and it was not busy as I was the only one there, so I don't see why there was such a rush. read more

I went there today looking to get a fill done. As I walked in a lady was sitting at the desk and one customer was sitting at a station soaking her nails. She asked what I wanted done, I said I would like to get a fill. She looked at my nails and up and me and said I don't have time for you today plus I don't like to do color (I currently had a color gel tip, I am going to a wedding this weekend and I wanted a French) I find this very unprofessional, maybe she didn't have time at that moment but I could have came back. If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I went in with my friend in December to get my nails done right after Christmas. I walked in and the front service lady gave me and my friend a dirty look. Everything was fine with the nails until i realized there was a dent where the file was down the middle, the sides weren't even painted completely, and the guy that did my nails cut my cuticles too far down it bled for a while. Other than that, the nails looked decent from a far. Not to mention, it is now April and my nails are horrible! I had to go to a salon to get them removed after two months of having them on. Usually they come off within two weeks, not them! It gave my nails an infection, extreme burning! I still have part of the acrylic on my one nail. Now, when i went to pay i used my card, and the total was $45. i went home and seen they had charged me 52.96. I called and they said they didn't know and for me to come in and get a receipt. When i walked in the one guy handed me the receipt yelling at me and pointing at the $45 on the receipt i signed. Saying he did not charge me that and saying I need to check again very loud. The other customers were looking at the guy with shock. One even walked out. Not saying this will happen to everyone, I'm just warning you guys on what happened to me. Do NOT recommend. If you want nice looking nails definitely go to Sky nails in delmont. Not here! read more

This nail salon is not getting as much credit as it deserves! A year and a half ago, this salon was taken over by new management. A MAN owns this salon, and does fantastic work. He offers walk-in appointments, as well as all of the newest techniques in nails. This past Saturday my fiance made an appointment for me at Diamond Nails, and since my experience I have told numerous people about my wonderful experience. The owner and I talked about our lives and about business the whole time I was in the chair. The owner attempted to change the name, but the money to take down the old signs and put new ones up, was astronomical. I believe the reputation that the previous owner gave this nail salon is terrible for the new owner. This shop does just as nice work as any other nail salon in Greensburg, but charges a fraction of the price! I will be back for every fill, every pedicure, every occassion that requires me to get dolled up! Give Diamond Nails another chance!! read more
