Disappointing experience at T&T nail salon! I visited them today for a pedicure, but the technician failed to meet my expectations. Despite my request for a thorough scrub and removal of dead skin, they barely spent any time on it. The nail polish application was also sloppy, with visible streaks and unevenness. Got mine and 2 more family members to get the pedicure done and left super disappointed.My feet feels rough and got a very sloppy service. They rushed the pedicure in less than 15 mins. Most of the time out of 40 mins I was there was spent on nail paint drying out and may be 2 mins of oil massage towards the end. I specifically asked for extra attention to be paid to scrubbing and removing dead skin, but it seemed like they were in a rush and didn't care. The whole experience felt like a quick cash grab, rather than a genuine effort to provide a quality service. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this salon again. DO NOT GET DIP / SNS HERE! This was one of the only places that did DIP nails that I could find but they chipped and completely fell off in TWO DAYS! It was super cheap and they did a great job with my normal pedicure and my mom's manicure but the DIP was terrible. read more

I got a no chip and I'm not happy with the results The girl doing my nails didn't really know the correct way to file them (didn't file and shape the sides) and several were crooked- I had to point each one out to her. The edges weren't that good- one one nail the polish went up onto my skin, she didn't try to clean it up in any of them. I left the salon and realized my nails were sticky! I wound up going back and their solution was to file off the top coat, do another coat (I originally had 2 coats of white and 1 coat of pearl since they didn't have a solid pearl white) so wound up with a different color than I wanted and it's now lumpy and has air bubbles in it. The girl who "fixed" my nails knew that it was sloppy before so instead of a spot on my skin she had the entire edge of that nail go over my skin. I'm writing this review a couple weeks after the fact, so my nails look pretty grown out but you can now easily see the sharp edge on the one nail read more

I have now been to T&T Lovely Nails twice and I have been nothing but impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff! I've only been in mid-afternoon on Mondays, but they seemed to still have a steady stream of customers which is quite surprising for the work week, but they always manage to get everyone in with minimum wait time. The first no chip mani I received lasted for THREE WEEKS with very minimal chipping when I finally did get back in to swap colors. The new mani seems to be holding up just as well. Price is on point with other locations at $35 for a no chip, and they have a punch card, which is a mega bonus for once you get to that 11th mani or pedi. I was also very impressed with how calm they remained when dealing with a not so nice or patient customer the last time I was in - you would have thought this woman believed she was the Queen of England, and these ladies just kept on smiling. Definitely my go-to for manis when I know I'll be in the area. read more

Update: I came in today, 7/12/18, after rescheduling with Jane to fix my dip nails. Rather then getting the dip nails fixed, Jane had offered for her to personally do my no chip manicure to remedy the poor dip nail service I received which I more than graciously accepted. I had an appointment close to closing time and Jane had meticulously and amazingly did my no chip manicure. She was very thorough and such a sweetheart through out the entire process. I appreciate her reaching out to me to remedy the issue, it shows just how great of not only a person but a manager she is. In fact, she even stayed after closing time to make sure that I loved my nails and to make sure that my nails were pure perfection....which they were. When she was done, she had asked me if I was happy which I obviously was and she then said she was happy as well. I've changed my previous rating from two stars to five stars based solely on this experience alone. Jane, if you are reading this...thank you so much for your service. I love that you go above and beyond for your customers. You are a sweetheart and I hope to be seeing you again soon. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
