The meatballs were my personal favorite- the sauce is unique and there's just the slightest spice to them at the end- incredible. The bacon Mac and cheese is to die for. The slider bar was a super nice addition and a hit with all of the guests getting to build their own and choosing between thinly sliced tri tip or what should be famous pulled pork (it's SO good). They even provided a donut wall and the donuts. Communication was excellent, pricing reasonable and the food spoke for itself. They were on time for set up and helped us have a successful party. You can really tell Tracy has a passion for BBQ-- he offers a very broad selection of meats-- tri-tip, pulled pork, roasted chicken (so tender and juicy), meatballs, etc. For the vegetarian crowd, he offers a delicious stuffed portobello amongst a variety of sides such as caprese skewers, mashed potatoes, BBQ beans. Such a disappointing business and experience. I scheduled this company 2 months ago for my father's retirement party. I reached out 2 weeks before the event to make payment and confirm the details. After a week of reaching out multiple times through email and text and hearing nothing back, I finally said I would have to move on to another vendor if I didn't hear back by the end of the day. She said she would get in touch on Monday day. Again after many attempts on Monday, I heard nothing back so I sent an email saying I would be going with another vendor. It is so unprofessional and I can't work with an unreliable businesses. I would say book at your own risk. Omg, Holy Heck was this delicious BBQ. I used T-Bones to cater a November company dinner. The owner went out of his way to accommodate our hotel setting. His dinner selections were a huge hit. I am registering a unfortunate experience that is opposite of many of the other reviews on Yelp. Communication was not a priority for Tracy. In trying to get this business to cater for an event, I placed a number of emails and calls to Tracy that were not responded to. When I finally did receive a response email, Tracy assured me that he had me booked for the event. One week later and less than two weeks out, I received an email stating that he had a wedding and could not cater my event. He never provided a contract or request for deposit. Tracy's food may be very good which I will never know, but his service was poor. read more

What a wonderful and great company! I reached out to see about having food catered for my son's high school grad party a month or so in advance. Unfortunately, the company was not able to actually serve the food at the party, but T-Bones were able to provide ALL the meat I requested, as well as deliver all the food to my home. WOW, where do I begin -- 10 stars. First of all, the entire process was a breeze. Being the mother of the bride, I was in charge of the caterer..... and what a find! TBones, Tracy and his lovely wife, went out of their way to accommodate us in the high heat this past weekend. Tracy arrived on time and set up his smoker allowing the guests to smell the deliciousness prior to the meal. Our menu consisted of appetizers (shrimp was amazing), pulled pork (yum), tri-tip, potatoes, green beans and salad. The portions were substantial which the guys appreciated. TBones set a nice area to serve the food with linens, table decor, and tiki torches, and set a beverage table at a cool place on the property keeping the drinks cold. Never heard of these guys before, but got a chance to sample their food as a trial for our company event that we're going to have for Thanksgiving. Their food was hands-down the best I've sampled from other caterers! In fact, our panel of judges all concurred that T Bones BBQ was the best tasting. Then I added his home-made BBQ sauce, made with a pineapple backbone....another OMG moment. This is one of the best sauces I've ever had (and I've spent 13 years in Texas)! What Thanksgiving event would be complete without turkey? Here was the biggest difference. Yesterday's turkey was good but T Bone's turkey was on another level good! So moist and flavorful!
