Your shoddy service had nothing to do with weather - we had picture perfect weather. Your reply did nothing to address the points raised in my review. What I do have however is: 1. A bus full of wedding guests who can vouch for the lack of professionalism of your driver and the fact that he got lost and the extra time cost us extra money and your company did nothing to rectify that. 2. I have emails etc documenting our specific requests for a bus equipped with an audio system to play certain things pertaining to the wedding. What we got instead was a old beat up bus that didn't even have a working AM/FM player. And once again no compensation or followup to our concerns.

Christian was our driver, he was dressed in chauffer attire with a placard at the airport, smoothly retrieved our luggage, and loaded it with care. He was friendly and polite, neat and clean. The vehicle was clean, smelled fresh and cool. He drove according to the speed limit, and kept conversation minimal. Steve was our driver for the return to the Airport. Steve is a very endearing elderly gentleman with old-fashioned charm and manners that are missing today. He would not allow my husband to help him with the luggage. Steve's mannerisms and behavior were just impeccable. What can I say? We will definitely use Interplex transportation whenever we visit the cities in which they offer service.
