Stayed here during a short trip to Kissimmee area after having to change plans last minute. I…read morebooked a king suite, where I stayed for 4 nights. Pros: I was happy with the size of the room, comfort of the bed and pillows, and the fact that breakfast was included in my nightly rate of $89. Breakfast options were decent, but there was almost never any fruit. Options included: 3 variations of cereal, oatmeal packets, waffles, danishes/donuts, bagels, hard boiled eggs (not fresh though), and yogurt. Cons: The place was not well maintained nor clean. I recognize Covid is causing staff shortages and possible other challenges. I arrived late to my room, and was disappointed to find hair in the sink, remnants of trash and soap in the shower, stained towels and bedding, hair and other debris on the couch, and a poorly vacuumed carpet. Complaints to front reception next morning were met with an offer for housekeeping. I returned later that night to find all my problem areas still untouched, except the hair in the sink. Staff offered another room, which immediately also appeared as if not vacuumed - I opted to stay in my room, so reception gracefully spot cleaned my areas of concern. I often opted to use the stairwell, and the carpets there remained filthy from my arrival to departure. The hallways had a distinctly musty odor. What made me most uncomfortable about the cleanliness, especially after direct and repeat complaints, was the fact that it was unlikely the room was actually "sterilized" between guests.

I saw no since in spending a lot of money on a room that I was going to use, for just a few hours of sleep. It was not far from Animal Kingdom. It was by a lot of things; gas stations, Chick-fil-A, grocery stores, dept stores, etc. Now, the area was a bit difficult to get around. Roads were very aggravating because there were one way streets and no U turns accepted. The room was spacious. The bed was comfy. AC was good. I was not there long enough to eat their breakfast or use their t.v.

I've stayed at this newer Courtyard a few times and each time has been great. New, modern and sleek…read moredesign and property is very clean. Check in is always smooth. They have a nice fire pit area. This location also offers a Starbucks. I don't like that there is no free coffee other than what is in your room. They also have a full bar area and bistro for dining and drinks which is very nice. They also offer a small market with snacks and basic travel necessities. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I love that the rooms have a refrigerator and a microwave. Legoland is right across the street so it's definitely convenient if you're visiting the park. Restaurants and limited shopping options are nearby such as TJMaxx. Overall I feel this property is a great value and offers comfortable accommodations so I will continue to return.

This stay was disappointing, not because things went wrong, but because of how they were handled…read more Positives first: Kathy at check-in was wonderful. She was kind, efficient, and accommodating, especially since I was traveling with my 72-year-old mother. Jim from maintenance was also outstanding and genuinely cared about solving problems. Unfortunately, our shower dripped nonstop for the entire stay, making it difficult to sleep. Housekeeping entered our room despite our Do Not Disturb sign being displayed. The biggest issue involved our room keys. We had THREE sets that failed. I called ahead and specifically asked the front desk to make and test new keys before we returned because I didn't want to repeatedly drag my elderly mother up and down the elevator. I was assured it would be handled. It wasn't. When we arrived, the keys had been made but not tested. I had to repeatedly advocate for a very simple request. Rather than listening, Deanna and Lilly seemed more interested in repeating scripted apologies and saying, "it was a miscommunication" than actually solving the problem. Eventually, thanks to Jim from maintenance, the issue was resolved. Technology problems happen. What disappointed me was the lack of empathy, active listening, and troubleshooting. Marriott says they "Put People First" and "Pursue Excellence." Unfortunately, that wasn't reflected in our experience. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not.

It's also an easy walk to local shopping centers. We can't say enough good things about the staff. We are Icon members and treated like royalty by the Loyalty Ambassadors, Laura and Thaddeus. Housekeeping is great as well; room is always clean and well stocked. We typically have dinner at David's and sit at the bar where Chris and Sara provide great service! The valet service is also great! We typically drive our Corvette and during the day when possible, they put it under the breezeway to keep the sun off of it and if it rains. We typically hear nothing but good things from other guests as well. We only go to Omni Hotels & Resorts because of the impeccable service.

The resort was easy to navigate, and there were no shortages of dining options. The room was gorgeous and had some thoughtful touches that I appreciated, including pillow spray, a clothes steamer, and even a weighted blanket. It's the little things that make a work trip feel a bit more like a vacation. My biggest complaint? The gym was about the size of my thumbnail. Thankfully, it still managed to squeeze in everything I needed for a solid workout, so I can't complain too much. The conference food was good, though nothing particularly memorable. The late-night food offerings, however, were a welcome surprise and definitely earned bonus points. This is a fantastic property for hosting large corporate meetings and events. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They did have to move some activities indoors due to weather, but everything seemed to be handled smoothly. Overall, a great resort that balances business and leisure well.

It had a sidewalk that goes around the entire property so it's nice for a morning jog before the kids wake up. The pool is fun and my kids enjoyed staying here. The breakfast was good and all the staff is very accommodating. Overall, the room was clean, however our room in particular had a really bad odor and when I called, maintenance arrived and said they didn't notice anything wrong. Also housekeeping came and cleaned the area that I said I thought the smell was coming from. No other investigation was conducted and the problem seemed to be downplayed by staff. They were not able to move our room because all the rooms were booked up. I ended up going to Publix to buy my own cleaning supplies and air fresheners, but nothing seemed to help. I was disappointed because I really wanted this trip to be relaxing and not always in the go, but we really didn't want to hang out in our room due to the smell. I'm looking forward to going home. :/

Definitely depends on the price about whether it is worth staying here…read more If you can get the legoland hotel that is next to legoland for $100-$200 a night more, it is worth staying at the other legoland hotel. If this place is that much cheaper, I would opt to stay here. That is only if 1. it doesn't look like it will be raining the entire weekend and 2. if you have a car. If you don't have a car, even though the walk is .5 miles it seems farther and it's along a busyish street. They do have a shuttle, which we didn't take since we had a car. The bungalow style is definitely cute if the weather is good. Otherwise, you're running through a rather large area to get to your room. Each bungalow is connected to one other and when we were there there was no one in the one next to us, which was great. The rooms are exactly the same as in the main legoland hotel other than the fact that there's no second tv in the kids bunk area. I love the legoland rooms in general, where the kids have their on little alcove with a bunk bed and a trundle pull out so they can go to sleep early while the adults stay up. The pool is less busy than the main legoland hotel one and there's a sand area and playground. That is pretty cool. It still has all the floating legos (but no slide). It's right next to the restaurant so you can order a drink at the window and bring it out to the pool. You can also order food to eat at the pool. There's little playgrounds all over this place, which was fun for the kids. There's no lobby so you basically check in at the front gate from your car. Overall, when there's a good deal, I'll stay here, otherwise I'll opt for the other hotel.
