I went with my close friend to receive my first class, and we were both nervous due to the fact of never doing yoga because we normally do Zumba ,and Gym. We were running late how it was our first time it took time to find parking so we ended parking in the side of the street ( pay by phone guys ) we contacted the instructor for the class she answered the phone thankful ,and was expecting to see us! Ever since we walked in they were in the middle of the class we arrived 10 mins late and we got the warm welcome. Everyone there is super welcome, and ready to teach other the new moves ,and bring in motivation. They have cute small activities in order to meet your mates in the room. It's more like a private sesh which is normally what people look for. This place is beautiful, very clean,and well organized. ( meaning by this: at the end of the work out you put away your materials, wipe down your mat with the clothes ,and alcohol - aromatherapy spray ). It's kind of nice when the events are Ladies Only - no offense to the Elite Men, but I truly enjoyed myself! There could have been a little more organization, but I had the opportunity to do all the services, except henna (by choice, not because it wasn't available). And as women, we were able to organize ourselves without pulling each others hair out! Amber and Salvador made my hair all BEYONCE by request - every girl likes a good curl with volume. Loved it! Sadaf did my eyebrows - gave me eyebrow tips, and introduced me to the best eyebrow filler! She even mentioned she worked at the Mira Mesa location which is super close to work.
