I had planned on mobile, but couldn't pass up the deals they were offering. I submitted a form and was called within 24 hours. He helped me book a 50% off Monday promotion for a studio rookie detail. I arrived just shy of 10am and they let me sit in their office to work remotely. I think it may have been the owners office, but potentially just an extra workspace or waiting area. They even offered for me to use the TV if I wanted! The service took a little over 2 hours. They did end up charging me for extra dirt removal (had some gravel in the front seat, yikes) but they let me know ahead of service and I agreed. My car is spotless! My husband recently bought me a 2013 Bentley Continental Flying Spur. The car is in great condition, but after sitting in an uncovered parking lot the exterior had seen better days. As a surprise my husband had TFat's Autospa apply a four step paint correction and an eight year ceramic coating. The guys at TFat's Autospa were so friendly and professional! I am totally disappointed with the job they did on my Tesla. I spent $1,800.00 for a job I could have done myself. The owner told me that it would take about 3 days and that was BS, because they kept my car over a week just collecting dust. I was able to see the footage of the car from the sentry mode the Tesla has once I got it back, what I found was BS. They barely touched the car while it was in their warehouse. About 8/9 months ago hired T-Fats to clean my trucks engine. They started to pressure wash the compartment with out protecting the alternator other electrical parts which resulted in the alternator being destroyed. When i complained he said the truck had cracked wires and that is why the alternator did not work any more . that was total BS. There is much more to this story. End results were i paid another repair shop $600 to have the alternator replace. NO VOTE OF CONFIDENCE HERE. ONE STAR IS TWO MUCH. T-FAT reply is nothing but BS. He is the one that is lying and trying to glorify himself' there is much more to this review but i am done. I lost $600 .This lost will not hurt me. lesson learned. I am moving on. read more

A truck was available for the very next day, and the team arrived almost exactly at the earliest time they quoted me online. On the other end of this service, our "well-loved" (AKA filthy) cars look brand new -- truly the boast of our neighborhood. First thing, first! The level of professionalism the gentlemen exhibit is unmatched! They are passionate about what they do, and it shows in their work. The fact that they come to you instead of going to them alone is worth five stars. The booking process was easy. They communicate clearly about availability and time frames and will call before arriving. They will look over the car and go over options with you. After you decide on what you want to do, they will tell you to go back inside while they get to work. The car was filthy. I mean smoothie stains on the seats, and sticky stuff everywhere. I felt terrible that I was subjecting them to such a mess, but my girlfriend's car required cleaning. When I went back outside after they finished cleaning the car, it looked like a brand new vehicle!! He told me to rub my hand on the driver's side door; I complied, and when I did it, it felt smooth as butter! I was truly amazed! The Interior looked immaculate! Like it came straight out of the dealership. When my girl got home, she was thrilled. The icing on the cake was when I received a follow-up text a few days later asking me if everything dried and look correctly and if there were any issues with the car. When the technician Damon showed up, again super professional and just so nice! The poor guy had to battle through start and stop rain and it took a lot longer because of the weather. I think one thing that really stuck out was the honesty though. Previously, I had work done on my car because of scratches. Hands down the best car wash service I've gotten in years! For me, it's hard to find a great car wash detail shop/company that does a great job on my car. The staff at TFat's Autospa always puts their all into their work and believe me it shows. When I met the staff I explained to them that I'm never truly happy with the car washes I've gotten in the past, for the prive I've always had to pay and believe me when I say they out do themselves every time they see me pull up. I now have no problem paying a normal fee for a wash with a great tip because these guys deserve it. Making an appointment is best because you're in and out Verses waiting in line if they have other cars that need to get done.
