Lifesavers. Can't recommend Elite Auto Salon enough. I was a dumbass and left my car window open allowing a 4 hour deluge into my passenger side front window. I called on a Saturday and had an appointment for Monday morning. Same day before 1600 and a quart of water later my car was restored to the same standard as when it rolled out of the dealership; maybe better. Great value for the quality of service provided. I just purchased my first car, a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and was very skeptical of where to take it as I do not want an automatic car wash damaging my new paint. I was so happy to have found Elite Auto Salon. They are beyond professional and it was a pleasure watching them work. I just did an exterior wash and it was well worth the price. Wow. That's all I can say. I took my car to get detailed here. I try to keep it clean but armor all wipes and vacuum can only take it so far. The nooks and crannies were all but impossible to get to with your standard car wash vacuum. In addition, the roof was also stained and whatever I tried I couldn't get it cleaned. To top it off, my driver's side headlight basically looked as if it had a cataract in comparison to the passenger side one. I came back and the car looked practically new! Even the headlight came out looking basically new. The interior was amazing. They didn't skimp out on the details. You can tell that the owner here, Dallas, has an eye for detail and takes pride in his work which is a quintessential trait in a small business leader. I was thoroughly impressed. The black paint on my Prius now looks like 'Black Ice' thanks to Glen. His attention to detail is amazing, and my car looks so good now after all his hard work. It had a wash and wax with a light buff. All the little swirls and scratches are gone and looking like brand new. The weather here in Florida is tougher on a car than most places and needs extra care. Glen was able to give me tips on care for the car and how to help protect the paint. Also, he gave me general tips on how to keep it looking good down the road. Glen is also a very nice and friendly guy who is extremely knowledgeable on auto detailing. He's also got good connections around town. He helped me find a window tint guy for a great deal and a good quality place to get my bumper re-painted eventually. I would highly recommend Elite Auto Detailing to just about anyone. He offers a full range of services from basic wash and wax, to buffing, to ceramic coating and even color correction. Came in with an emergency. I had left the windows open and it rained heavily. There were able to book me two days afterwards for an interior detailing. They did a great job with taking out the water and the smell. Carpet looked and smelled great. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like the interior cleaning was as good as the first time I came in. A few spots did not look like they were cleaned even though I had brought the car in cleaner than the first time I came. I have added pictures. This was a disappointment given the price tag. I'm willing to cut them some slack though given how quickly there was able to accommodate me and how well the smell and carpet were cleaned. read more

1 star for the kind woman who called to schedule my appointment. The rest of this experience was beyond sub-par. I don't know who is paid to write these reviews for this company - as soon as I saw 5 stars with just 3 reviews I should have been skeptical. The number posted on their business account is a 1-800 number - a bad sign for an alleged local business. Not to mention that they insisted on being mobile - umm, what about the water? What about the things you need to do a thorough job? I would've felt better about going to an actual shop but their schedule didn't jibe well with mine so I resolved to just trust the reviews and go with them. The gentlemen who arrived to detail my car were pretty close to on time. It was an awkward, unprofessional greeting in my opinion. I pointed out a few problem areas,but I also just assumed they'd catch all of it if they pay any attention to detail. Turns out they don't. Within 5 minutes of being there, one guy comes to my door to ask me for a lighter. A lighter?? So that you can take a smoke break - seriously? They ended up being there for barely an hour - and not to mention that they asked for the car keys which I later discovered was for the purpose of running the A/C on full blast at my expense - nice touch. What this experience comes down to is expectation. Everyone has a different definition of cleanliness. I may be 5'5" and 110 pounds, but I can properly detail a vehicle with my own two hands. I know how hard it is - dripping sweat in the dead Florida heat, scrubbing at the same spot for 30 seconds. I didn't watch them but I just assumed the best as I do for people in general. About an hour later, they called to let me know I could come downstairs and that they were finished. I approached the vehicle and could barely hide my disappointment. There were marks on the car that I could wipe off with a licked finger. My car is a 350z - a very small two seater - it doesn't even have a backseat. It doesn't have too many cracks and crevices but damn, these guys didn't focus on the exterior at all. They did do a good job with the floor mats and car rug - but that was about it. And again, like I said, there are only TWO floor mats and one trunk mat. Not to mention that they weren't dry for 5 hours after the fact. I am sorry but you need to be telling your customers that information prior to your booking the job just in case said customer has somewhere to be (as I did). I would say that the interior is their specialty, but there was still a coffee stain on the plastic center console that I wiped off with my finger after they left. These guys missed tons of details and I am sorry to say but this was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. I don't know what they did for an hour but it wasn't hard work. Also, the seats still had water stains from the beach, but since I hadn't pointed those out in the beginning, they must have "overlooked them"; so they simply sprayed them with some concoction, causing me to sit in a wet seat when I had to leave. I paid $150.00 for a job that should have cost me $50 -- $120 for the service plus a $25 tip as I generally tip based on percentage. They say eating out at restaurants is a waste of money - I feel more gypped than I have felt in a long time. Not to mention, they called to follow-up after the service (probably aware that I was a yelper), which I greatly appreciated, but upon sharing my disappointment, I received the run around, lame explanations and no offer to refund any of my money or to do a better, more thorough job. The waterless wash guys at Countryside Mall did a better job and they only charge $20. Moral of the story, when you want something done right, do it yourself OR wait for Signature Auto to have availability; I'm wishing I had waited as I now have to go over the whole vehicle again prior to listing it for sale. =( read more

We made this appointment because we were selling the car. they changed my time twice. It took almost 3 hours when I was told 2. There is no real waiting from and no where else to go. I walked to the line nearby restaurant on a fairly dangerous road. The car was shiney but some of the stuff that they should have been able to clean they did not, finger prints on the dash and center consol, inside the cubbies was still dirty and left untouched, steering wheel was sticky. But after nearly 3 hrs I just wanted to go home . Definitely not worth the over $200. read more

Dallas and his team are professionals who value customer satisfaction as much as the quality of their detail work. I recently brought my daughters 2011 SUV to Elite and this car was as filthy as a teenager could make it. I was extremely skeptical when we got a call 2.5 hours after dropoff & knew there was no way this vehicle could be clean. To my surprise, it was spotless. I tend to nitpick everything and am rarely satisfied, but this car looks showroom ready. Dallas spent time with me talking through the process and how they worked through the problem areas. I took my husband's 12 year old Toyota to Elite because after weeks of an unknown smell from dampness I couldn't take it any more. (I later discovered from a suggestion by a friend that I may have an A/C drain clog. I did and I had it fixed immediately after I left Elite.) Back to the smell, it was bad, I mean really bad. But Jennifer and her crew have seen it all and they gave me what I thought was a fair evaluation of what they could do. They FAR exceeded my expectations! They treated my husband's car like it was a new BMW! They do not discriminate, they treat all of their customer's cars with care and do what I consider an over-the-top excellent caliber of work. A hidden gem! It was complete chance that I had my car detailed here recently, and I'm lucky I found them. First of all anyone with a dog, especially a white pit like me, knows what havoc they can wreck on the inside of your car. Dog hair everywhere, muddy paws, slobber marks, etc. I get an interior detail every few months to clean off the dog mess, usually from a place down the road in Citrus Park. Unfortunately, that day they turned me down due to mechanical problems. I then tried calling a few places around town to see if anyone could offer me a last minute appointment. Although they are primarily a mobile detailing company, Elite Auto Salon fit me in at their Linebaugh location at just the right time and offered me a competitive price. After a few hours of cleaning the inside of my car was vacuumed, shampooed, free of grime and practically spotless. Yay. I recommend this company to all Yelpers out there looking for a reasonably priced yet excellent auto detailing company. They also consign and sell luxury cars (see "Elite Auto Sports"). Wow! My car hasn't looked this nice since I drove it off the lot! I recently quit smoking and wanted my car scrubbed out and made as close to new as possible. I only have a two seater so its not a big vehicle and I did not get the engine steam cleaned. My interior is all leather and they really shined and cleaned everything up perfectly. They took the mats out and wash them and of course all the Detailing on the outside. The gentleman working on the car were very nice and absolutely knew what they were doing. Everyone at this place was so nice, and so hospitable. The service was incredible, and the staff were super helpful and sweet. They didn't try to sell me on anything, I inquired about getting a glassparency coating done for my front wind shield, and they told me the facts, and what others have said. They even had a little demonstration of the product. I own a Toyota 4runner TRD, and got it waxed and detailed to perfection. Last time I saw my car looked this good, well hell, I think it looked better than on the day we bought it. The detailers each have over a decade of experience detailing cars. Simply put, this is their craft. And these guys are experts. The pricing was really good, and the staff even gave me a discount. I got my car detailed and waxed for a total of like 120$, plus the coating on the glass for another 60 (which has a 3 year warranty, but apparently lasts longer than that). I highly highly highly recommend anyone who takes pride in their vehicle to get their auto detail done here. You will not regret it. I don't write very many reviews, but today I had to. I have used elite autosports for over 3 years to service my 5 vehicles, & they had been nothing short of amazing. Unfortunately, things entirely imploded with my last & final detailing with elite autosports. I had my 2018 Lamborghini Huracan Performante Spyder & my G63 AMG Mercedes, both detailed outside my home. As I come out toward the end of the service to pay, I see a very young kid live-streaming my cars on Facebook & uploading pictures of my Lamborghini (complete with my license plate info & home address visible). I asked him to stop immediately & delete the pictures/videos, but he replied that it was his phone & I did not have a right to delete anything, despite his actions breaching my personal privacy & family's safety. To add insult to injury, I also discovered - immediately after the service was complete - that the young kid was not familiar with the intricacies of a Lamborghini & broke my gas cap actuator release, as well as the engine bonnet release. This ultimately resulted in me having to flatbed my Lamborghini over 100 miles away to an authorized dealership, paying over 1k in repairs, & waiting for over a month without my vehicle. Despite all these issues, I simply reached out to the owner - Dallas Cathey - to request a refund for the detailing services (not even asking that he cover Lamborghini dealership repairs) & he told me I could sue him if I wanted a refund. So, I did sue him out of principal so that no other consumer would be treated as I had been. It wasn't until my corporate lawyers got ahold of Dallas that he finally decided to reach out to me over 4 months after the fact, & reluctantly offered a refund for services. Not a problem for this company. Dallas picked up my car and took it back to the shop, detailed it and then returned it to the hotel for me.
