ABSOLUTELY ASTOUNDING CRAFTSMANSHIP! I can't emphasize this enough. I had a very damaged toyota tacoma. damage all around the whole vehicle from hydroplaning and spinning out and on highway. king story short the guardrail destroyed my car. I thought it would be totaled. when I say the truck looks better than the day I bought it, I mean it. I'll never go anywhere else.

This is the second time I've used Custom Classics... they are the best!! I dropped off some fender flares for my Chevy Silverado... the paint job was spectacular, the price was extremely reasonable and the service is like working with a couple of buddies! Just remember... Good work isn't quick and quick work isn't good! Use Custom Classics with confidence!! Any work I will every need will always go to them!

I've put over 100,000 miles on my car. The previous owner did about 35,000. A year ago my seat had a crack appear in the upper section of the seat. I decided to put a bandaid on it and patch it myself. In the last few months it was giving up and looking pretty dodgy. I love my car - we've been together since February of 2006 and driven all over the country - but man, keeping it looking nice is harder and harder. So, it was time. I made an appointment and drove over to US19. I left Fabio in the care of some nice men for a few days and he came back cleaned up and looking fresh. They completely redid my driver seat, which had to be taken out of the car, in a nice leather. The portion of the center console that slides was redone too. The passenger seat gets much less use, so they just cleaned it up and restained/dyed/colored it for me. I actually like sitting in my car again! And a few days before I was set to take it in, I lost half of my trunk emblem. I ordered a new one and they cleaned off the adhesive residue and popped the new one on for me while they had it.

This experience was about the sales side of the dealership…read more We recently ordered a truck from here and we were super happy with our experience. Jose Sanchez our salesman, made sure we had everything we needed through the ordering and pickup process. And David Rodriguez, who is the director, helped us add a few warranties that fit our budget. All in all we had a happy buying experience, and will give them our business again in the future.

In Spring 2024, I brought my 2017 Mustang GT to Elder Ford for an engine replacement. From the…read morebeginning, the woman handling my maintenance was incredibly condescending and repeatedly implied I had blown the engine by driving recklessly. She kept comparing me to her teenage sons with sports cars and acted as though I was lying whenever I explained that I do not drive like that. The reality is simple: the car was already 7 years old and had two previous owners before me. It was far more likely that prior abuse caused the damage and it just happened to fail during my ownership. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. The replacement engine cost around $13,000, and I was repeatedly told it came with a warranty. After getting the car back -- and having to immediately return because the starter had been wired incorrectly -- I noticed they had placed a sticker on my windshield telling me to bring the car back by a certain date. Naturally, I assumed this might be related to maintaining the warranty on the new engine. When the date approached, I called to ask what the sticker meant. Nobody at the dealership had any idea what I was talking about. I was told to bring the car in, and even after seeing the sticker themselves, nobody recognized it. They eventually sent me to their partner maintenance shop across the street, where once again nobody recognized the sticker THEY had put on my car. After waiting forever, they finally inspected the car and told me it "needed" an oil change. Since the engine was brand new, I assumed this either had something to do with the engine break-in period or the warranty requirements, so I reluctantly agreed. Only after paying did they casually explain that the sticker simply meant it was time for a routine oil change. In other words, they had effectively talked me into an oil change I did not actually need. To make matters worse, they slapped another identical sticker on my windshield afterward, which I immediately tore off and threw out. I was able to pay using reward points I had earned from the engine replacement, but they were wasted because they could have gone toward actual future maintenance. The people I dealt with at this dealership were condescending, disorganized, and unbelievably incompetent. Do not give this place your business.

I've been wanting to write a review for a long time...Sometimes we get busy and forget to thank and…read moreacknowledge the people that make our lives a little easier. Reeves is that dealership....Their sales and service are superior! This BMW dealership has been so professional, courteous, and fair in their pricing. I have purchased (6) cars from them in the last 14 years. (4) brand new BMW's, an H2 Humner when they had the Hummer side, and a gorgeous Mercedes convertible on the preowned side. Sales: First off, I have to say buying a car used to be my least happy thing to do! You go into most dealerships and they play around with the numbers and make you feel stupid, especially as a female. This dealership has NEVER made me feel that way! I have consistently gone back to Roman in sales (and his manager Roger) for many years! They always worked with me to understand the features on the car I was buying and how much it was going to cost, without the back-and-forth bickering. Service: They have always been great with their service department. They get you in and out in a reasonable period of time. The service advisors are knowledgeable and courteous. Events: (see pics!) Occasionally they will hold events through either Reeves or Bmw corporate. I have been to a few and all were great! I went to a special event, today held by BMW corporate. They invited me (and many other owners) to a BMW autocross driving event at a track in St. Petersburg, Florida. They had instructors that were professional drivers on the track. They helped us learn better driving skills with turning, breaking, and overall speed on this type of course. All while going as fast as we could! So much fun! Thank you! Highly recommend!

We bought a car here and were given a pretty poor deal. We actually wanted a larger version(X4 vs…read more X2) but they did not have one and would not for another month. We bought the extended warranty and maintenance agreement as well. The bank rate offered was terrible and our credit is excellent. We bought the only X2 on the lot and probably overpaid before getting oversold again in the finance office. Left a bad taste in our mouth but we did agree. A week later we called in having decided that we bought the wrong vehicle and wanted the larger version. We did not get a call back for another week and when we did get a call back it was apparently passed the legally permissible return time for a new vehicle. We did not know this law existed. The deal they offered was $10,000 less for having driven the car for a week. I told him that was expensive terms and they countered with $5000 less, but then I had to eat the cost of the prepaid maintenance which they would not transfer to a different new car I wished to buy. I suspect this part was not true and they could have had they wanted to. Later that week I had to bring in my trade-in car which had been in repair at the Mercedes dealership. After dropping off the car, I asked for a courtesy ride home from their service. The receptionist said that they would not do that because it was only for people whose cars in their service department at the moment. In short, I paid full price for a car that's smaller than the larger or more expensive car I would've wanted which they did not have, probably overpaid in the finance department for the warranties, they avoided us regarding our ability to exchange the car while legally permissible, and then they wouldn't even give me a ride home. I could not in a good conscience recommend this dealership to anybody for any reason. This dealership is why people hate buying cars.
