Spectacular! I love my hair! The atmosphere in this salon is very inviting and comfortable. It's lay out is open and spacious with plenty of room for privacy when chatting with your stylist. The owner made a point to introduce herself because it was my first visit. Excellent service! I got highlights and didn't sit for 3 hours. No quick cuts between processing. When I lived in Lenox I found this hidden gem and am so glad I did. T Fox is located in the same complex as the post office, Nejaimes etc. They are on the second floor so it's easy to miss as you come and go. But it's well worth the walk up a flight of stairs. I went to Jay for several years. He is meticulous. He gives a great cut/style and always asks what you'd like to do and gives educated feedback about how such a style will look/work for you. Many of my friends go to Jay as well. Our hair types range from thick and curly/a bit unruly (mine) to very thin and fine for a few of my friends and there isn't a hair type that he can't make look its best. I've not had color done there but have seen the magic he works for friends. I highly recommend Jay and T Fox. read more

Jodie did an awesome Judy cutting my very long hair! I was bored with always the same long hair and she did an amazing job with it! She gave me lots of layers and my hair looks nice and sexy! This is my go to stop, from waxing with the amazing Ashley or for a simple feel good blow out. The salon is clean and professional. I don't feel like I am trying to be "sold" on any products or services I don't need which is an issue I've run into before with places around here. She is beyond professional, so funny, and makes what can be an awkward situation feel very normal and even enjoyable (believe it or not). perhaps they will make a 5 star rating if the service and quality is sustained through my next visit and their superlative attention to customer satisfaction was not a fluke. Paula was my stylist and had a lot of work ahead of her. I told her what I was thinking and asked he to go for it. unlike my last stylist who pretty much gave me a "man's" haircut, ie buzzed and cut the same length. Paula was wonderful as she artfully styled my shoulder length hair back to something manageable. the layering she left allowed my hair to form natural curls and waves in self drying.......I will be back. In fact, I will be buying a gift certificate so my sweetie can give her a try. read more
