The pedicure itself came out great however I probably won't go back due to these things. 1. All the scrubs were open and very dry. It looked like they had been sitting out for a long time, and the person doing my pedicure reached into this product with their hands. Not sanitary. 2. The nail file. It should be new and used on one person only. He filed my toes and then in front of me, filed down his own nails with it. Which is bad business and kind of gross if you ask me. read more

Got the $55 25 minute spa pedicure. Very friendly staff. High quality regular polish paint job. Stayed true to their 25 minute massage timing on top of the great pedicure. This place only really comes up via google search, but I'm glad I found it. The locals seem to know of it's existence, off on a side street but on a busy road. Customer service: go to Sue! Everyone seems to love her. Her hands are great, she's very diligent and nice. The others seemed nice as well, but when I called to make an appointment, her sister told me to see Sue. They have a "menu" of prices typical of Asian reflexology/massage salons, which they just show you and ask. Neither Sue nor any of the others around me were pushy whatsoever. I got the "spa pedicure" with 15 min of massage and I brought my own polish. Misc: you can pay and tip on a credit card; of course cash is also accepted. As a first timer, I didn't realize the parking situation and there is a bit of a language barrier. But upon arrival, there are signs on the door requesting customers to park in a lot across from the salon. Cons: I did request a 2:15 appointment and wasn't seen until a few minutes last 2:30. Everyone was busy, so they may over or double book at times. They do not use disposable flip flops like most salons, so next time I will bring my own pair. Given Covid, this was super strange to me so I'm giving them 4 stars. Despite getting a "spa pedicure" which is listed as: callus removal, hot stones, massage and peppermint mud, there was no peppermint mud involved. I did refuse the stones but that's my personal preference. TLDR: Sue is a great masseuse and pedicurist; I would come back only to see her. read more

Called ahead to schedule a pedicure and explained there was a time constraint they assured me it was no issue. I proceeded to wait an additional 1/2 hour after the scheduled time before I was even greeted. Needless to say I did not get a pedicure here and I will never return. read more

Honestly the best place to go for manicures, pedicures, etc in Pittsfield - they are very detail oriented and take their time, not to mention how inexpensive the place is and how many deals they have! The reason for my three star review however is the service I received Wednesday September 8th and Thursday the 9th. I called earlier that week to book a massage with free pedicure and gel manicure. When I arrived I told them I no longer needed the massage, but would do a 15 minute spa pedicure instead. When the pedicure was done she told me it was time for the massage. I reminded her I wasn't getting it, just the gel manicure. Apparently there wasn't enough time for the manicure (even though I mentioned the services being done days ago, and it was 7pm when the pedicure was done). So I had to come in again the following day - although the man who did my manicure was great, it's not what I asked for. All in all I will be back, but am very disappointed with having to schedule another appointment when there was more than enough time that day, especially when the color is not what I chose. read more

We were visiting from out of town so we just went based on some of the reviews already sent. Such a nice cute little place. Owner and two other workers were really working hard. We could not believe the prices plus a free pedicure oh my goodness! The hour massage was lovely definitely must visit if you are visiting from out of town but if you live in town I would make it a regular place for me. read more

The staff at The Great Wall Foot Spa are extremely welcoming and friendly. I brought my daughter for mani pedi and she left her "squishy" behind. They were super helpful and made sure she got it back. The mani and pedis were great and reasonably priced. Definitely going back! read more

Best job on my nails I ever gotten done. I got a gel manicure, which also included a back massage.

This place is the most unorganized salon in the city. We called to make appointments at 5. They wouldn't take our name. We got there at 445 and the place was jamming busy. Two other people walked in at 5 also with appointments. At 530 they took the other 2 people and told us it would be just a few more minutes. Sorry but a pedicure does not take a few minutes. I will never step foot in this dirty salon again. read more
