I knew something would go wrong when I asked for Bear to clean my jade carving and they said he didn't work there anymore. I asked for them to clean off some adhesive, instead it looks like they sand blasted all of the gloss and fine detail from my irreplaceable and priceless jade pendant I paid $1200 for. Now I have to take it somewhere else to see if it can be repaired, however it looks destroyed. The girl at the counter was very rude and inconsiderate, asking me how is that ruined, and how is that a $1200 piece? She didn't even act compassionately, more like calling me a liar and taking zero responsibility or trying to calm me down. I couldn't even breathe I was shaking so bad, I'm still shaking like a leaf from being so upset. Buyer beware, these people will ruin your priceless and sentimental jewelry and act like they could care less! read more
