For just over $300 I was enrolled in the Indiana Real Estate Course. After finishing the classes and taking the State test - which I passed first time (^_^) they called me in for another short meeting to discuss my options, they didn't try to sell me on working with them, they basically summed up what they had to offer, what dues I'd be having to pay etc. If you're looking for a good R.E. class - I'd suggest McColly.

Instead of enjoying our new home, we have spent our time and money dealing with problems we never expected to inherit. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of communication and accountability after these issues were brought to their attention. As a homeowner making one of the biggest financial investments of my life, I expected transparency, professionalism, and a willingness to address legitimate concerns. That was not my experience.
