I had planned on attending an open house, as stated in an email received by the broker. I reached out to the broker a day in advance, confirming that I would be in attendance. Although this was an "Open Showing," I wanted to offer the heads up to ensure that the broker could expect me. I arrived to the property at 10:30 am and notified via text upon arrival, as instructed. After waiting a few minutes with no response, I decided to phone the broker. I called twice with no answer. I stuck around for approximately 15 minutes before I decided to call it quits. No longer than 30 minutes later, I received a brief text message from the broker stating that the showing had been canceled due to an emergency and that I should have received an email regarding the cancellation. Not only was an email not received, but I also had not received follow up from my previous email. I understand that emergencies tend to be unforeseen but a lack of communication at this level was highly unprofessional and distasteful. First impressions are extremely valuable and this is a poor reflection of the agency.

If you only need an agent to unlock a door and charge commission then hire Susan Stevens. If you just want to pay someone to oversee paperwork, hire Susan Stevens. The owner, Tom Boyle, was not any help with fixing the mess his employee (Susan Stevens) could have prevented. We spent a lot of time and money trying and we jumped through every hoop asked of us. I'm so disappointed in Jennifer Zenere and the fact that she could not even provide my employment verifications to me to help us possibly save the home we were trying to buy. Our whole household was really hurt over this process and there was zero concern. The employment verifications could have helped us close on our house and she ignored our request and our lenders request further extending the process. She really got our hopes up and put us through a lot of unnecessary stress. Every day there was something new to do and we completed all of the tasks just to be treated like we meant nothing. It's a bad way to do business and I hope no one ever has to experience this because it has really took a lot out of me and my family mentally and emotionally. Very poor customer service and over all lack of appreciation for the people that invested their money and time into them. As soon as she couldn't close the loan she completely ghosted everyone involved and that was unprofessional. My unit flooded August 14, 2021. The management company, and the Hampton Courts condo association, were both aware of PRE EXISTING, FOR YEARS, water issues in the ENTIRE BUILDING. ed initially attempted to hold me responsible. My entire carpet, bedroom and living room, must be pulled, due to feces, mold, and mildew. The condo has also tested positive for ASBESTOS, about the end of August. Since then, ed would not return calls, answer text, and when he would answer he'd state, " oh, I'm sorry, I was off today. I thought they had started the repairs." In the meantime, the tenant has been displaced, during the covid Era, and the condo association and management company, have refused to speak about compensation for displacement. ed has a hand picked restoration company, Rainbow Restoration (Mia Hanson), that has joined the fray, and lies, of Edward Oswald. My calls, text, and any communication with them has been documented and recorded. They'll continue to double, and triple, down on deception and lies, as the tenant's health, and well being, is being compromised. I'll watch, as I put this issue on the front page with local, state, and federal regulators. "It's not the crime. It's the coverup!" Zero stars!
