All three were responsive to my requests and all the pricing was pretty much in the same range. Veteran (Alan) was in the middle regarding the price he quoted, but I had a feeling that would be the best for us. I was obviously right. He was responsive to my multiple changing SOWs and on the day of the install, he showed up right on time with his son as his helper. The first day, he needed his son to help since I had an 85" TV to hang and also some pretty heavy wall mounted laundry room cabinets. He hung two TVs and installed the mounting brackets for me, and also installed 4 wall cabinets and 4 floor cabinets, along with a sink unit with plumbing. His estimate of time was spot on, and he took exactly the time he thought he might need to do the job. He was fast, efficient, courteous, cleaned-up after the job, and even took away the mountain of cardboard and packing materials that all the cabinetry and other stuff came in. I am a stickler for good customer service and for good work that you pay for, so if I say this guy is good, you can take that to the bank!! Postscript: I cannot believe he was so few reviews. I would think that everyone he works with would give him a good review. Also, as of this writing, he has two Yelp reviews that are not recommended. Why?? After 2hrs of him going to get supplies he let's me know that he didn't know the holes were big he was told they were small so the job was going to be alittle longer...then maybe 6hrs. So I call the owner to talk to him about the misquote and instead he tells me he's stressed and doesnt need to deal with this and cancels the job. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. I guess that's what I get for not hiring someone licensed and bonded. Lesson learned.

Installations were done but with a little change. I texted him the day before and he came out to the house the next day and on time! The myQ installation was fast and clean. The only problem we had was to pair the myQ device with the Genie garage door opener. The instructions that came with the myQ box didn't work. Jeff figured out the problem and we were able to get the two devices to work together. The new myQ device and the garage door work perfectly. The "nest" install didn't happen. We installed the ecobee4 smart thermostat instead. The installation was smooth and fast. Jeff took the time to make sure everything worked correctly. We also asked him to look at our air conditioning problems. He checked everything out and gave us options on what needed to be done to fix it. He didn't even charge us to look this over. We made an appointment to work our Air Conditioning problems next month. One last thing, Jeff gives you his prices up front. No worries on what you are paying for the work being done.
