Great store . They had a huge selection of items. I found some cute things. It was very busy. Staff was very efficient and friendly.

I walked in and heard a woman ask "how can I help you?", in the slightly annoyed tone. I asked if…read morethey had any swimsuits, she says no. Okay, I reply and start to look around when unexpectedly she tells me again that they don't have any swimsuits. Again I say Okay. Another customer comes in and she greats them in a very friendly way, tells them about the current deals and mentions how many boxes she has for champion coming in. She then finds a way to constantly be behind me. Every time I look around, she's looking at me. I make a point of trying to look like I'm headed towards something and quickly turn around, there she is again. She doesn't do this to the other customers in the store and unfortunately I am the only black person in the store. It's not my fault that other people steal and I think it's unreasonable to expect me to put up with being profiled because people I've never met do bad things. Towards the end of my visit she asked if I needed help with anything and I say no. She keeps following me until I took a picture of her and left. I almost asked her to pull up her mask but honestly I wanted to ask her to stop following me. It's 2020, everyone has cameras, why is this still a thing?

Shopping for shapewear with my sister during their recent re-opening after being closed due to…read moreCOVID. We went into the store and a very snotty sales lady immediately asked if we had masks, we said no. The sore did NOT require masks. The sales lady followed us around, but did not offer to help. My sister found some merchandise to try on, but the sales lady would not let her, again due to COVID. She said my sister could buy the merchandise and try it on at home, if it didn't work, she could bring it back within 45 days. I was talking to my sister telling her I thought it was ridiculous that you could take clothes home to try on, then return them, but couldn't try them on in the store. I told my sister we were touching everything we were looking at, including the hangers, etc. when the Ass Manager, Jen stormed over to us, and demanded that we leave the store. Jen was BEYOND rude, and was completely out of line interrupting the conversation I was having with my sister. I made a complaint to the Nebraska Crossing's Mall manager who said she would let their DM know. I left my contact information with the mall manager, but have not heard back from the Hanes Outlet DM. I will never shop at that store again.
