Costco requires a paid membership but we have found that our savings on fuel and the % back program more than pays for the membership. We have been members 8+ years and loved it when they recently built a new location 10 minutes from our home. We were originally drawn to Costco for their discounted gas prices that save us .04-.08 per gallon and of course the discounted meat and produce. This week we ordered a new LG washer, dryer, pedestals and dish washer from Costco and we were very impressed by the communication, delivery team, and installation. Delivery, installation and haul away was included in their price as was the hoses and materials needed to get everything up and running. We have never experienced such a smooth install--they were there when they said they would be and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. We will not hesitate to recommend Costco for appliance purchases and will put them at the top of our list when purchasing future appliances. One consideration is that appliances are ordered on line so the purchaser will need to be comfortable with online purchases. We went to the store and they were very helpful walking us thru the process and showing us the features and sale price bundles. Costco is more than discounted fuel and groceries! read more

I love how spacious it is and there is an ample of parking spots available. The selections is good and pretty similar to the one in Dodge st and it would be great if we can get more variety of products like Asian food and beauty products, sushi rolls and other unique stuffs that we can find from the west or east coast. However, the staffs are all very friendly and the price is reasonable. The sausage bun is still good (as always) and love the variety of breads and buns in the store. read more

I've been to several different Costco's and I have loved them all. I was surprised to see SO MUCH Christmas within this location. However they did have a large amount of pumpkin pie, apple pie, and turkeys to make it to thanksgiving. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the workers were scanning our items while we were in line before we had gotten to the cash register. We were then able to scan the membership and pay and we were out the door. It was so nice and convenient! read more

Incredibly smooth opening weekend for this store! I came at what I expected to be the busiest time this location will see, and had no trouble getting gas immediately, and navigating the store/check out. Staff was super friendly, and there were plenty of them running the store. Samples were plentiful and delicious. It was easy to drive in and out of the lot and gas area Overall a much smoother and more enjoyable experience than the crowds/setup at Dodge! Brand new Costco in all its shiny glory. Opening day was flawless from what I saw. Plenty of sample demos and two roadshow attractions. All the employees were kind but give them grace because most of them are new to Costco and learning where stuff is. Parking lot is rather large but I easily found a spot. Bonus their gas station is MUCH easier to use than the dodge location. This store has a few extra products I didn't see elsewhere including hot tubs and a go kart but overall it's the same. Only flaw I found was some moldy produce but that's more due to hot summer weather. Oh and they sell real Japanese A5wagyu ribeye from Japan. For a measly $80/lb LOL. I can see myself coming here more since it's closer to my house. read more

On your mark, get set, go! Watch out boys and girls, there's a new Costco in town. Located on Maple at 180th St. it adds some more coverage to the west end of Omaha. Now, if they would only put one on the east side we'd be so happy! Other than the square footage (looks bigger than other Costco's in the area), this location is exactly what you would expect of the Costco, only it's very shiny and new because today was its grand opening! Clearly, an all hands-on deck situation, the store is super organized today and plenty of nibbles to snack on. Unfortunately, no opening day specials as we were hoping. Vast crowds descended upon this location, looking for deals and the Costco team was giving it there all to make sure no one had to wait. As a matter of fact, despite the massive crowds, that's probably the fastest we've gotten through a Costco checkout line in a long while! A nice addition to the Omaha area. read more

Ice Cream at CostCo used to be a real treat and value. But recently both suffer. Twice in last 3 weeks I've purchased their Ice Cream cups (different flavors). Both now come with MUCH LESS ice cream (see photo). They leave a giant empty core. I contacted a manager... He said, "Yes, they're weighed". I won't make the mistake a 3rd time. read more

Yay! Costco opened and it's just slightly closer to me, but less traffic! I love the parking lot - there isn't a bad spot in the lot. And when it's warm it's open from 3 angles. The store looks a lot like the 120th store, but smaller, which I love. Same great kirkland staples, and even some of the friendly staff looks familiar. Cooking on Election Day was not in the cards, so a quick phone call to Costco for 2 pizzas was on the agenda. I called at 4:30pm, was greeted with a friendly voice and asked what time I'd like to pick up the order. We decided on 5pm, and it was hot and ready right when I arrived! Highly anticipated Costco in west Omaha is a much needed addition to the area! They truly took feedback from other local stores and made improvements with parking, access, and the gas station. Speaking of Costco gas, it now has 3 pumps per station with red and green lights to assist in a smoother drive thru experience. Being away from the main parking lot helps keep things moving quickly without backing up traffic too to get you back on the road sooner or shopping faster! As for the store itself, they now require you to scan your membership card at the entrance. I was told this is to cut down on membership sharing. Everything inside is fresh, bright and clean. The food sections (read produce, dairy, etc.) felt a little bigger than other Costcos in town to allow foot traffic to navigate with ease. Check out was quick and easy too. I would attribute this to extra staff on for it being so new, but hopefully this stays the same for the long term! This is the newest Costco in the Omaha area that should alleviate the heavy traffic from the one off of 132nd. As expected, the crowd was reduced, but the distractions still exist of shoppers who push their carts directly towards you, not knowing they are about to hit your cart because they are texting on their phone imstead of looking ahead. The lines at the cashier is lighter for now. I wish the lady who performed the item check would stop over-analyzing the receipt and the items in your cart. They are not the Costco police. read more

Their spicy salmon poke is an addition! I can't go a day without eating it! This is the best shopping place ever and it's clean and friendly except for the some of the people that do the sampling, some are pushy and not friendly! We do a lot of our dinners from there. Love it overall! read more
