When retail business declines, these companies continue to flourish for a reason, they have an operation, where regardless of city, state, or socioeconomic difference, you can always expect to find quality items at discounted, and/or affordable pieces. Because of the aforementioned, I initially opt to not take a car through the store, knowing that when I do, I'll definitively purchase many more items than intended. Reason- there's always a treasure chest of great finds, and items you forgot you need, want to get, or the price is so reasonable, how could you not purchase the item you're drawn to. The Marshalls and HomeGoods store is divided into one space for the former and the latter. The store is maintained extremely well. The store is clean, add organized, which is often difficult because customers believe they have a sense of entitlement wherever they shop, and whatever they decide they don't want is not placed back where it was found, nor the way it was found (on a hanger, hanging from a display, in the correct aisle, shelf, department, etc.). The store is well lit and spacious. In Marshalls you can find clothes from toddlers to adults of any gender, jewelry, accessories, outerwear, workout essentials, confines, perfumes, shoes, luggage, hair care products and appliances, facial and skincare products, toys, collectibles, sports fan gear, and much more. In HomeGoods, there have seasonal and non-seasonable items well organized and displayed. There's aisles with each of the following, lamps, rugs, furniture, furniture accessories, framed artwork and photos, mirrors, pet supplies, clothes, and accessories, bedding, linens, pillows of all types, sheet sets, comforters, and duvet covers of all sizes, bath products, bath furniture, storage, and accessories. There's bath towels of all sizes, colors, and patterns, washcloths, hand towels, stationary, cleaning products for home and car, cards, gift wrap, bows, ribbons, gift bags, bag accessories, bedroom accessories, chairs, cookware, appliances, states, glassware, accent pieces, laundry items, storage containers, picture frames, cutting boards, tableware, stairwells, oven mitts, serving trays, kitchen utensils, step stools and ladders, teapots, coffee cups, barware, holiday items, books, desks, desk organizers, book ends, vases, accessories for children's and teens rooms, decorative decor from around the world from ceramic to glass to wood, food items, sauces, oils, sweeteners, spices, paperweights, dried fruit, decorative baskets, electronic and mobile phone accessories, beverages, gift cards, holiday outdoor display items, and the list goes on. Today was a great day here with lots of good deals on shoes (they had so many Vans and Doc Martins!), furniture (scored a wonderful piece for kitchen storage), and candles! In fact, Boscov's was the ONLY credit card they EVER HAD! They were so cute . . . Anyway, with the decline of poor (formerly Echelon Mall) Voorhees Town Center, Boscov's is the only anchor (dept) store left here! They have me captive and now I'm a customer AND fan! The ladies dept has beautiful formal dresses; the children's dept has nice clothing and great deals and I really "mopped up" on Champion brand (heavy weight) tees & shorts for my son a few weeks ago. I splurged a bit on myself in both the jewelry & home decor departments. I'm guessing I got bargains due to the post holiday season. I bought two beautiful pair of earrings (one, rhinestone stars - $8; the other, abalone oblong ovals $15). Lastly, I got a set of precious/beautiful mother/babies set of Oleg Cassini crystal ducks (see photo). They were half priced. There was a huge assortment of animals (hummingbirds, penguins, fish) and insects (butterflies, dragonflies), etc. (mushrooms, a clam with a "pearl", paperweights) to choose from! Last month I got a pair of shoes for work that I just love (so comfy) plus a few 6-packs of ankle socks for my daughter for only $1.99/ea! A bonus to shopping here is that you can get in and out quickly. The mall is all but dead now and there are usually more than enough cashiers around. They still even offer free gift wrap in Customer Service (lower level near toys). Lastly,check out the candy department with Godiva and Asher's if you're in a bind for a gift or want a yummy treat. You can even just buy a single chocoalte covered pretzel, etc., if you have a whooley!

If you need eggs or milk in a pinch it is a better option than most convenient stores. This is the only department store like this for miles.
