I used to think of this as a cheesy "old person's" store because that is the clientele I remember seeing there, plus my grandparents (God rest their beloved souls) shopped here and ALOT and were on the frugal side. In fact, Boscov's was the ONLY credit card they EVER HAD! They were so cute . . . Anyway, with the decline of poor (formerly Echelon Mall) Voorhees Town Center, Boscov's is the only anchor (dept) store left here! They have me captive and now I'm a customer AND fan! The ladies dept has beautiful formal dresses; the children's dept has nice clothing and great deals and I really "mopped up" on Champion brand (heavy weight) tees & shorts for my son a few weeks ago. I splurged a bit on myself in both the jewelry & home decor departments. I'm guessing I got bargains due to the post holiday season. I bought two beautiful pair of earrings (one, rhinestone stars - $8; the other, abalone oblong ovals $15). Lastly, I got a set of precious/beautiful mother/babies set of Oleg Cassini crystal ducks (see photo). They were half priced. There was a huge assortment of animals (hummingbirds, penguins, fish) and insects (butterflies, dragonflies), etc. (mushrooms, a clam with a "pearl", paperweights) to choose from! Last month I got a pair of shoes for work that I just love (so comfy) plus a few 6-packs of ankle socks for my daughter for only $1.99/ea! A bonus to shopping here is that you can get in and out quickly. The mall is all but dead now and there are usually more than enough cashiers around. They still even offer free gift wrap in Customer Service (lower level near toys). Lastly,check out the candy department with Godiva and Asher's if you're in a bind for a gift or want a yummy treat. You can even just buy a single chocoalte covered pretzel, etc., if you have a whooley! read more

COVID Dressing rooms are closed but everything is returnable with a receipt. Staff had gloves and masks while cleaning the counter between costumers. Large selection of everything. Reasonable pricing with lots of sale items. Hardest part was finding a sales person for help as many of the checkout counters are closed. Staffing is at a limited. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I asked the lady in the kids clothes if she was open as I was purchasing stuff from that section and she got rude with me and said "the register is". Like am I supposed to ring myself up? And then I got attitude and crap from the chick at customer service because I wanted to talk to a manager. And then the customer who was being helped had something rude to say to me too. So I left!! This place is an absolute SHIT HOLE!!! I will never give my business to this Boscov's again!! I have worked in customer service for 15 years and I just cannot believe the ignorance that works and runs this place!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! read more

I love this store. They are always stocked up with name brands and the prices are good. It's been my favorite department store for many years now. Due to covid, there are less cashiers available for checkout but the ones that are on duty are always pleasant and helpful. I would be very upset if they closed their doors as so many have over the past year. read more

I stopped in here to shop with my significant other for shoes. This time of year they're always running some sort of sale and the sneakers in particular are cheap. We were able to find a namebrand pair for $20 and another more upscale pair for $50. I forgot my coupons but the salesperson still gave me 10% off read more

Customer service is terrible at this store. We came back to shop for a new set of pillows and we saw how dirty the carpet on the ground looked so instead of putting the memory foam pillows on the floor we used a display bed to try them. A sales person walked by and told my husband to get off the bed and we explained that we are trying out the pillows and she just told him to get off with no other assistance. We didn't make a big mess or anything. The other sales associate who was less than 3 feet away never told us we couldn't use it. Boscov's Voorhees is a quality department store with great deals especially on clothing and household accessories. The shoe section can easily be forgotten as I always look but can't ever find anything worthy of purchasing. read more

Great store. Always drop in here 3 or 5 times when we come down to visit. Sometimes I feel there is no need to pack cloths for the trip just buy at Boscoves and wear and take home a new wardrobe. read more

I have always liked Boscovs - there are some really good deals in there, and, frankly, I love the old classic department store feel it has. Nice women's clothing department -and superior handbag department and linens department. Their cosmetics counter has all the big brands other stores have - but is more low key and less pressured. I would have preferred a Boscovs at the Cherry Hill Mall to Nordstroms. read more

They have the best deals on quality brand clothing. I get all kinds of clothes there at unbeatable prices, and they have helpful staff if you have questions. Go back frequently as they have new sales, eye popping sales, all the time. Comparable to deals you would find at Outlet Malls. They also sell tons of other stuff like furnishings, cosmetics, etc as they are a large department store, but I specifically know about the clothing. read more
