They close stores at 9 but only have 3 workers in the store working multiple areas with no help that are expected to close by 9:30. If a customer needs help in an area and there is no one scheduled to cover that area managers tell us to tell them we can not help and to leave. There is never any registers open because they are constantly under staffed, there is never any merchandise for online orders, and they prioritize online employees over in-store ones. They only care about making money, they do not care about their staff or you.
