Extremely Poor Customer Service…read more Worst customer service experience I've had. I placed a mobile pick up order around 8:00 AM and when around 12:45 PM I even let them know I was on my way The order wasn't even completed, even though I got the notification that my things are ready to be picked up. When I arrived, the employee only gave me 3 out of my 8 items. I explained that I was missing several items and when I asked if they could check whether the rest of my order had been left behind. His response was, "I don't know. I just deliver the items." I completely understand that may not be his responsibility, but I simply asked if he could check with someone in the back to see if the rest of my order was there. Instead, I was told that if I wanted the the rest to go talk to customer service and When I got to Customer Service, I was told that I could either go look for the items myself or they could get them for me but it will be a while for them to do that but while waiting for my turn in the customer service line, there is about four or five employees walking in and out of the back room, which made no sense to me of why no one could go get them or answer my questions What is the point of placing a mobile pickup order hours in advance if the order isn't going to be ready when I arrive? And why was there absolutely no sense of urgency there was more than enough employees?!? There were multiple managers and employees on the floor when I went to go get the items myself yet somehow no one could take ownership of the situation and get the rest of my order. I shouldn't have to track down employees myself or be made to feel like I'm inconveniencing them because my order wasn't properly prepared. The lack of communication, urgency, and customer service was extremely disappointing. I hope management addresses this because this is not the experience customers should have when using a service that is supposed to make pickup faster and more convenient.

I know that Fall is coming and that usually means pumpkin spice lattes and lots of pumpkin decor. What I didn't expect to find was Halloween pajama sets! They are cute and all but I didn't see myself wearing them. The checkout area had a couple of people in line and one customer was being waited on. There was only one cashier. Finally another one came but only as the line was growing. Yes, the store was on the messy side, but some of that is due to inconsiderate customers. I can't imagine how tiresome it would be to "pick up" after the customers and their kiddos just do whatever they want and leave things wherever. I feel bad for the workers and think they are doing the best they can given some of the clientele that shops there. I watched some of these shoppers here today in disgust.

I was moving a couch to purchase while also looking for price tag I accidentally bumped the couch into a small table and it fell and broke. Mind you it was an accident but I would have paid for this. The employee in the orange shirt walked up to us looked past me and looked at my kids scolding /talking very rudely to children telling them to stop playing in the store. I then told this lady that I broke the table accidentally and that my kids were actually standing there as I moved the couch and she then said in a nasty manner I have been watching the cameras. One if you were watching the cameras you would have seen that they did not break the table and two why are you scolding children that are 7 and 9 when you are standing right in front of the parent. Furthermore, this lady in the orange returns to me with another lady in the green (I seen her name was Wendy). Wendy asked me to leave for advocating for my kids. They didn't allow me to purchase my items and leave. I then asked for corporate number and their names because they were rude and they refused the number and flipped their badges around covering it with their hands while also calling the police for me voicing my concerns . What type of customer service is this ? I then asked a cashier for the ladies name In the pink and the lady in the orange told her "don't tell her anything stay out of this" and the worker said she is my manager so I can't provide her name I'm Assuming she would be fired. This Burlington needs to hire better managers. It makes no sense to have rude ladies like this managing a store.

They referred me to Marshall 1-800.I called on 5 separate days and spoke to 5 different people, each assuring me they would email a return label. I didn't get any return labels (yes, of course I checked my junk emails). This seems pretty incompetent considering the original order, and subsequent follow up emails were sent to the proper email address, clearly they have it. Yes, when Marshalls sent out a follow up on my shopping experience, I send a detailed email explains their mix up and the problem. I Amat a total loss and pretty disgusted with the entire process.

Rakesh & Nita were so KIND, honest and could not have taken better care of us. They pulled so many options for us from both of their stores, translated what we needed for each event and made sure we didn't break the bank because some of their items are GORGEOUS but out of our budget.
