That is the essence of Paris Isabella. The owner has assembled a collection of clothes that is striking, fun, versatile and seems to offer something for everyone. And prices range from very reasonable, with some excellent opportunities to purchase merchandise that has been marked down, to some a bit more pricey. She took time to help guide me through the racks and stacks of options and gave me some great items to try on that I would not necessarily have pulled on my own. She also listened to me when I described my likes - and dislikes - and made a few astute observations on her own about my preferences and personal style. There was no pressure and no effort to talk me into anything. And I walked out feeling like a winner with two new wardrobe acquisitions that are great additions. Tried speaking with the owner several times and was given the run around and each time, saying that UPS was going to send the claim payment directly to me, when he knew UPS was going to send it to him. After confirming with UPS that a week prior they had already sent the seller the payment, I reached out to the owner and this time he hung up when I confronted him. I have been calling the store since and either no one answers or when they do and they transfer me to the owner and he hangs up, or the employee tells me that the owner is not in and he can't don't anything until the owner gets back. i have never seen a company blatantly steal from a customer like this company has.
