Expecting a call in the next 1 to 3 weeks which I never received. life goes on and it randomly comes up in conversation and you realize it's a month later, so you head back thinking 'They should be fixed by now'. We were told that didnt fix them, because They lost our contact info. We were then offered a third free washer along with ours fixed and ready in a week. We agreed and then put down 2 contact infos. life goes on, angain no phone call and a little over a month goes by, we head back. Not only are our washers not physically at this business, but the Owner doesn't know what happened to them and continues to yell and claim it's our fault for not coming back to pick them up sooner. Who on gods green earth, does this a**hole think he is!? I highly recommend any other place that isn't Rix Audio Video & Appliances!

My smoke detectors randomly started going off and/or chirping this morning and had been going off…read moreall day. I called and Denaldo (hopefully I'm spelling that right) came and figured out the wiring in all my detectors was loose and some had disconnected wires because the builders used too big wire nuts/connectors (thanks, D.R. Horton). He replaced the wire connectors in all my smoke detectors, and did it very efficiently. He was extremely reasonably priced, and it's a holiday today (memorial day). Couldn't be more pleased with Denaldo. Will definitely call him for any future electrical issues.

He came and looked at the fridge, said he was going to let the home warranty company know what was wrong and we paid him the $100 service fee. Well, we never heard from the earranty company. I called the warranty company and they advised that they were waiting on FixandRepair to send more details about the findings and that I could reach out to them for further info. My husband called FixandRepair and spoke to the guy. He stated that he was waiting on the warranty company to approve. So, I called the warranty company back at they stated that FixandRepair refused to come back and fix the fridge with no explanation as to why. Totally unacceptable. I will never recommend this company. First mistake, they were an hour late and I had to call him to see if he was coming. Just unprofessional. I guess they needed the $100.
