Verizon has good connection but Tmobile has faster Internet, at least in my area. Sprint had me at a lower price, but then I had to add more data. Tmobile allows me to have everything I love for cheaper. New phones every six months with Jump, unlimited data, and amazing customer service. Thank you to the Idaho Falls Tmobile for helping me come back. You rock. The Internet at the store was slow, so it took a while to get it done but we did it. One small thing I had a balance in collections from when I left Tmobile in December 2014, but I had paid that collection off. I was a little frustrated that even showed up. However, my rep did call for me and get it figured out, and taken off.

The lack of consistent communication and accountability was the most disappointing part. I hope they improve their customer service because no customer should have to work this hard to resolve a simple problem. Honestly the most deceptive company you could choose.

We purchased an iPhone 11 this afternoon, it was a replacement for my wife's iPhone 7, which had…read moreseen better days. Well everything went well until I got home and the the fun started, I had a hard time getting everything up and running, basically because of an email and password problem. So after a few hours of struggling I decided to go back to the store and get assistance. The assistant who helped me was Monica, and I think even she had a few moments where she was trying to fathom out what I had done, but she came through and got everything up and running. I would like to give Monica a big shout out for her patience and understanding and for her skill in getting the phone set up. If I need assistance again I'll be sure to seek Monica out, she really is a credit to that store.
