I tried every method to remove the screws - using a hair dryer, WD-40, the rubber band trick, and so on. I literally drew blood trying to remove these things. Last week I called quite a few local stores asking if they'd be able to help me. Most store's answers were "absolutely not" or "only if you bought the product from us". I went to CPR on a whim because it was close to Starbucks + open during the lunch hour. And boy am I glad I did. They were able to remove the stripped screws in mere minutes and they were super friendly. I'll absolutely use them in the future for any of my tech needs.

Before upgrading the phones the young lady helping us tried making changes in my account which when we tried checking out and paying triggered a fraud alert. This locked my account for almost 3 days before the fraud department called me back to clear up the matter. I was told the changes she made triggered the fraud alert and it could have been totally avoided had she followed the proper process. When I called the store to let the manager know what happened she graciously apologized, but here is the reason I will not return. I asked the manager if she would personally assist me in getting my order processed, which I don't consider to be that big of a request, to help her employee to ensure no more mistakes were made. Instead of saying she would be happy to help she stated "No, I don't do sales because no one would get the commission". All this tells me is she is concerned with money and the bottom line NOT HER CUSTOMERS. Another AT&T store got my business, the commission, and better deals on my plan. I will shop somewhere that I am a person and not a $.
