Then in January 2025 I cancelled the mobile service. PROBLEM. They have charged my credit card EVERY month. I have called the so called customer service to find out why they are billing me for a service that I haven't used since January. All I am told is we will look into it. As of my last credit card bill there is a charge for 39.99 spectrum mobile. Now I have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. My advice is never give this company your credit card..they will bill you for services you use.

He finally gets to speak to the supervisor. We then are able to get the refund for the 198 that I paid the night before they are able to cancel the order & re-order the phones & I had to pay another $199.31 it took until. 2/21/26 to get the refund of the $259.31 from the initial order & we still have not gotten the promotions applied to our order because those are still attached to the missing phones that for some reason there was a big issue with UPS or shipping because it wasn't just us. It was several other people that their phones were stolen during shipping or transit. but if the supervisor at the store on Friday the 13th wouldn't have told Mike that we had to do it online which come to find out was a lie that we could do it in the store then we wouldn't have had to go through any of this & we would've had our phones on the 13th not almost a week later. Thank you to Jaquees, Brandy & the supervisor that Jaquees spoke with & Jaquees & Brandys managers for getting all of this straightened out & fixed for us. If you are a busy business owner, you will not have time to go line by line on the plan you have and the plan NTS offers. By the time they "nickel and dime" you for each basic feature, NTS is probably the MOST expensive servicer. Stick with Webfire (wish I had). Next, they were past due for installation for weeks, if not months after the promise date. Third, there is definitely something wrong with the service. For months and months there has been some kind of glitch in the phone lines (think the "dropped" signal when there was call waiting). By the way, I put in a repair ticket for this issue in July of 2017. Guess how long it has been since they returned my call to make a repair? Never! We had to call them again yesterday. I HATE THIS COMPANY! And the icing on the cake.....I can't get out of this contract for another 2 months and 15 days! (I've been counting the days until my freedom since 2016). The internet is fast though, and i haven't had a problem with that. But the phone service-No. Just....No.

I simply allowed him to fix our wifi and noted his complaints as he uttered them. He advised multiple times that we move and complained about having to come out to our home on a Friday afternoon before Labor Day weekend. He even said that we owed him "a whiskey or something" and said that coming out to our street to help us and our neighbors is the worst. It's really not my problem if he doesn't like his job or enjoy the location of our home. He doesn't have to live here. And from now on, please do us all a favor and send someone else. I'm sure he would be okay with the arrangement as well.

YALL. I have been "repairing" a camera lens for many months and made a major mistake - the screws…read morerequire a JIS instead of a Phillips head. I stripped the screws, BAD. I tried every method to remove the screws - using a hair dryer, WD-40, the rubber band trick, and so on. I literally drew blood trying to remove these things. Last week I called quite a few local stores asking if they'd be able to help me. Most store's answers were "absolutely not" or "only if you bought the product from us". I went to CPR on a whim because it was close to Starbucks + open during the lunch hour. And boy am I glad I did. They were able to remove the stripped screws in mere minutes and they were super friendly. I'll absolutely use them in the future for any of my tech needs.
