I did so and a Verizon rep took care of the transfer and indicated the lines would be active with Verizon in 2-3 days. A week later it had not been done. After 4 Verizon reps and clocking in more than 2 hours on the phone, It's still not done. Verizon has brought my business to a standstill. There is no option, but to set up an account with TMobile.
