My wife went to this location to get a new phone back in the middle of December after her old IPhone shut down on her. She worked with Gio who also sold her home fiber internet that was quoted at $65 a month before a promotion after a promotion and setting our bill on auto pay our internet would be $42 a month she was also promised a $250 dollar gift card too. Pretty sweet right except for the fact that everything Gio sold her/us on was a lie just so Gio could make some commission I guess. Our gift card that we were promised that was going to come in the mail never came after the first month of service our internet bill went up to $75 a month. So I had to repeatedly call customer service to get this corrected and after 3 separate calls my bill still hasn't changed and now I'm going to cancel my internet and go back to my old provider because for some reason AT&T doesn't wasn't to hold up their end of this deal that Gio sold us on. DO NOT GO TO THE BLOOMINGDALE AT&T STORE!!! We are AT&T subscribers, with 5 lines of wireless, home internet, and DirecTV. We went to the Bloomingdale store to upgrade my wife's and my phones. The staff never even acknowledged our presence. After 10 minutes of being totally ignored, we left and went across the street to BestBuy, where we were greeted immediately and helped within minutes. AT&T lost out on the sale of 2 high-end phones because of TERRIBLE customer service at this location. read more

I am sad. I have always been a solid, paying customer, and when we decided to pursue a carrier that had better coverage in our neighborhood we watched our online account for when our devices had zero installments left. Now, several months later they are claiming we had two more installments on each device. The discrepancy is not something they are willing to hear about at all, and the user dashboard is obviously not the same as the billing records. It appears they have no interest in standing behind their discrepancy, and for that I must give a 1 star review. read more

They seriously need more employees. I've come in 3 days in a row and have yet to be able to speak to a person. I walked out each time. I won't come back. At best I can tell there are only 2 employees working here. The first two times I came into the store, I wasn't even acknowledged. I'm a T-Mobile customer. I've never had a problem receiving support from T-Mobile or waiting for more than a few minutes when I walk into T-Mobile. I think I'll stay with T-Mobile. read more

Worst store in the history of retail. Set up accounts I did not authorize, put in for the wrong phone and then in trying to get it corrected no one could fix anything and help in any way. Have spent months trying to get things corrected with the main offices, still no resolution. They owe me $1100 in unauthorized charges. Professionalism, expertise and excellent service by the manager Marquis made the entire process comfortable and a great experience. It took about 2 in a half hours to fix the issue I had had coming in, and he was very patient 5 STARS to him. I highly recommend this store they definitely want you to leave happy! read more

I've been here a couple times because it's conveniently close to home, however in the future I'll risk a further drive to save myself from this unorganized store. I came here to upgrade my phone. After I complete all the paperwork for the upgrade/trade in, they tell me the phone I wanted was out of stock (wish I knew beforehand). They agree to order it for me, and drop the ball on notifying me when the phone arrived (even after I called the store inquiring about the shipment). I finally go in the store to make the actual trade in and end up waiting 40+ minutes while only one guy is working and there's a line of people waiting to be helped. Thought I was done, but no! I am now receiving text messages from ATT that they never received my phone I traded in and I will have to pay more money for not returning it! I call the store and no one seems to know what's going on and again I never get a call back (although they took down my number and said they would call back). I again have to initiate getting in touch with the store and after 4 days they are able to locate the phone I returned to them and apologize that it wasn't shipped out. The icing on the cake is they tell me they can ship it out tomorrow or I can come pick up the phone and drop it off at the att store in the mall- why so you don't have to do your job after it's been missing for 4 days!? Getting a new phone should not be this much of a headache. read more
