This is the worst place anyone could go to, to get a phone repaired. If your screen is cracked on your phone I would not suggest this place, they will mess your phone up even more and charge you to mess it up. My daughter took her phone to get a screen replaced which the guy told her 70.00 at first which she end up paying 95.0p and there was a cloudy circle in the middle of the screen when they gave it back. read more

This place needs to be shut down and I will do everything I can to try to do just that. Anita at the counter quoted my wife $110 to replace just the glass which is all we wanted done. They never called my wife to ask to replace the entire screen so when she went back in there 3 hours later the phone was done and Shane wanted $158 . My wife was like no it was $110 . He kept her phone till she paid the amount and called security to escort her out of the mall. Then she realizes at home the screen is defective. I went to Stratford to talk to them and the girl Anita told me she talked to my wife and she approved the work. Then she changed her story and said she left a voicemail. Then she changed her story again and said the owner talked to them not her. She showed me the caller id and all the calls were after they were kicked out of the mall. I asked why he said cash only when they had a credit card machine. He also never gave her a receipt and smiled at my wife while she was upset rather than fixing the situation. They refused to refund me any money and called security on me. So I waited for security who told me they get a lot of complaints about always cellular and told me to call operations manager at the mall. STAY AWAY!!! read more

Guess we are the icing on all these cakes (reviews)!! We got charged $300 to rebuild our phone. We had connection to our network before we dropped it off. We waited 90 min for the phone to be "rebuilt". We took it home and were unable to make calls or receive/send texts. We went to T-Mobile and they said it was an issue with whoever fixed the phone. The kiosk people tried to blame T-Mobile. There was some arguing and the guy tells us "all we did was take the insides out of your phone and put it in here". What the hell did we pay $300 for??? After more arguing he says he can take it to his guy in Chicago but it will take a few days and he can't promise anything. We grabbed our phones and went elsewhere. Turns out they soldered the sim case to the mother board and basically destroyed the phone. I want to say that the service I received from Yousuf Ahmed at ALWAYS CELLULAR in Stratford Square Mall was so poor and frustrating that I finally had to call 911 to voice my frustration to the police about his attitude and total DISREGARD FOR ME AND MY PHONE THAT HE RUINED IN THE PROCESS OF REPAIRING. I dropped off my phone on 12/8/17 because the charging port needed to be replaced. I picked the phone up 12/12/17 and the charging port was loose and he told me to stand the phone up while charging but when I took the phone I realized it had the head set icon and it was in an headset mode even though I had not connected a headset to it. therefore I could not hear anyone and no one could hear me during calls. I took the phone back and he told me to come back in 2 days but when I returned he did not have it ready :( again I was told to come back in a few days and I was told he had sent it to LG warehouse in Chicago to get repaired and he was going to pick it up the next day so I went back and it was not picked up! :( He then told me he was going to have it Saturday 12/23/17. So I called to make sure the phone was repaired correctly and the icon did not appear anymore and was told that the phone was ready and to go and pick it up. However the phone was not repaired right and still had the same problem, That is when Yousuf Ahmed attacked me verbally telling me I only paid for the charging port and he did not want to repair the other damage caused during their repairs and was trying to give me the phone and I would not take it. I WANTED MY MONEY BACK SINCE THE PHONE WAS USELESS. That is when I called 911 and the police came to the mall. I was able to get his name and the corporate number to complain about him and was advised by the police to complain on Yelp. This place sucks don't ever go here to get your phone fixed.. They quoted me 130$ then tried charging me extra because my phone was bent which I totally understand but come to find out he broke my front camera and he said the only way he could fix it he would have to charge me extra 70$!!!! The other reviews on here sound 100% accurate. Before I get started I'd like to clarify a few things: 1) my interactions were with the same two guys at the lower level kiosk, 2) both of them were very condescending, rude, unapologetic, and even arrogant, and 3) I did no research on this place, so I blame myself...minimally. I took my daughter's iPad mini here a few Fridays ago for a screen repair (which they told me would cost $85.) The guy told me it would be done by day's end which it was. When i came back to pick up my product, the man asked, "You're paying in cash, right?" I replied with a confused "Nooo...." The shady-ness factor was rising. I used my debit card and all was well. The screen looked great and...and...then i noticed the home button was loose. Like to the point that you could literally spin the button with your thumb. The button was also stuck down so Siri kept popping up and any time I tried to turn the device off, it kept taking screen shots (since the home button was stuck.) And also, it wasn't the same button that came with the unit. For older generation Apple products, the home button was always an inward groove. This new button was clearly a knock off part as it was a humped-out button, but had the trademark Apple square on it. I brought the iPad back a few days later and the man said they would take a look at it and he'd give me a call later that day. True to his word the man called back and said it was fixed. When i picked it up i looked at it, gave it a try, and sure enough IT WASN'T FIXED! SAME PROBLEM! I immediately handed it back and said "This is still not fixed!" So once again, I get the "I'll have our tech take a look..." B.S. Finally (LITERALLY A DAMN WEEK LATER from our original interaction) my wife called them and asked what the problem was and why we still didn't have our iPad back. The guy told her it was fixed and ready to be picked up (apparently he was "making other calls" and that's why he never called us back.) So naturally i go back in and guess what??? STILL. NOT. FIXED!!! Now this time I went back and spoke to the "manager" who was just an arrogant *expletive*! He kept talking down to me and telling me he didn't have to deal with me since i was getting "Loud with him." When i demanded a refund, He said "No refunds" and directed me to the ALL SALES ARE FINAL sign. Ok, he had me there, but this jerk still refused to accept that this was their fault! I told him they broke the damn button! Yes they fixed the screen, but the home button is far more important than that. he annoyingly said that he would try one more time to fix it, to which i said "Nope" and took it back from him. I finally had to take the loss and left (meanwhile the whole time I'm standing with my 4 year old daughter who was so excited to get her iPad back.) I have NEVER been so frustrated and just flat out ANGRY towards a (dirt) merchant. I agree with Todd F. I will do whatever I can to get this scam of a business shut down! This place is garbage and so is Statford mall for that matter. The staff was so insanely rude and careless. I was never threatened with a security call in fact I went to the mall's customer service area to voice a complaint...but they were closed...on a Saturday...the busiest day of the week... read more

We took my daughters iPad touch to get the screen replacement. The LCD is now blurry and has lines all over it. The only option was to replace the LCD for 150 more. They don't care and will just hold your phone till you pay. Never used yelp before but this place is horrible. read more
