I ordered a pair of boots and paid for 2 day shipping on them. I was told I would receive them by 12/09. When I went to check the shipping status on 12/8 it had shown that they had not even shipped yet. When I contacted customer service they could not tell me anything but that I should receive them in 5-10 days. I then asked them if that was so then why did I pay for 2 day shipping for. Now I woke up this morning to an email saying that the order was cancelled because item was not available but yet you can order it still on there website. There was a good selection of products, although I was after a few very specific items, which I did not find. I wanted thick flat metal wire, which I have seen at other locations, but did not find here. I also wanted a large gold arched frame, but it seems that most of the photo frames in stock are small to medium in size. Overall, this store has plenty of items to look through, and has all the usual sales you can expect at Hobby lobby! The customer service is exceptional, as always, plenty of staff around, and they are all happy to assist. I'm so thankful this story exist in Columbus, as a new resident! I will definitely become a regular here in no time!!
