The packaging (such that it was) had not been disturbed and they were in the exact selling condition they had been when sold to me. The clerk (I believe he is the owner), told me he "never accepts returns," but grudgingly eventually said he would refund me 75% of the charge, keeping 25% for a restocking fee. I asked where that information would have been given upon purchase. My paper receipt had nothing about it and there was no sign on the wall. He produced a separate paper listing the restocking fee, which had not been shared with me when I purchased the items. He explained tersely that he is a small business and reiterated that he never accepts returns and I should be grateful he was making an exception. So -- be warned -- if you purchase supplies from this business, be aware that he "never accepts returns" and that if he decides to make an exception, he'll retain 25% of the payment. They could not guarantee that I would get it in less than a week before my travel time however, I got a call a day after dropping it off that it was ready for pick up and it was a motherboard issue. I was very pleased for the prompt turnaround, and it was extremely cost-effective, and as promised, the diagnostic fee was included in the total cost. Quincy helped me out and he was really great and patient and even waited for me to leave the office so that I could pick it up on the way home from work.
