He went to get it replaced and was told that it was my father's fault. Scott would not replace the screen. My dad is elderly and on a fixed income, so my dad was upset that being a longtime Verizon customer that the manager wouldn't help him. Scott told him to get the "f*ck out of his store" and that he hates dealing with my dads "kind". Really?! Great way of being professional Verizon and having this guy represent your company. He was very polite and pleasant. The store got very busy while we were there but Tracy stayed calm and multitasked like a boss!! He handled some very stressful situations with ease.
