This Verison store took place of the old Blockbuster in Towamencin Village Shopping Center off of Allentown and Forty Foot Road. Although I do not have Verison, I have stopped quite a few times with my friend who does have Verison and goes here. As an observer of the transactions, the staff seems friendly enough and helpful, and we were in and out in fair enough time. It seems like a decent phone store to me. read more

The staff at this location is horrible, They treat you so nice to get a sale and after that they treat you like crap. I went there after a month after I opened up 4 new lines and purchase 4 phones the other day and one of usb cable was defected and saleman test out my phone and confirmed that it was the usb cable that was bad and to told me to go out and buy another one and goodluck with that. There was another issue when I signed up for the service, the saleman said they were going to waived the activation fee for all the lines, we got my first bill it was never waved. Horrible experience. Now I go to the Verizon store on Bethlehem Pike in Montgomeryville Pa much much better staff. read more

Would leave a 0 star if I could. Company and the employees lie to customers to make $. Had an incident where I made a double payment and the employee pocketed the extra cash. I called the customer service and after giving them an extended period of time, they said they couldn't solve my problem. STAY AWAY!!! Just go to a real VZW store or go to Costco. You won't regret it! Update: All ready did and they gave some bs answer about needing an affidavit to check security to make sure of double payment after giving them more than enough time to research. This place and their smployess are a scam. Don't be fooled by the suits. Also beware of an additional $40 act charge (aside from VZW) from cellular sales themselves. STAY AWAY!!! read more

I have been to this store on three separate occasions and each time have received subpar customer service. There was one instance where they kept trying to sell me insurance and cases despite me making it clear i did not want either. When I finally told the salesmen I wasn't going to buy it he became rude and abrasive. Each encounter with them has seemed like all they care about is making more sales not prioritizing me. I have seriously considered terminating my contract and switching providers solely because of this location. Once my contract is up you can be sure I'm jumping ship thanks to these guys read more

Over a year ago my family and I purchased new phones. At the time we purchased insurance through the store instead of through Verizon. We were told by the salesman that if we purchased their insurance we would get a brand new phone issued to us in the store if our phone broke. The ability to receive a BRAND NEW phone (not refurbished like Verizon provides), at the store instead of through the mail, led us to purchase insurance through the store. My son's phone, an iPhone 6, has a $199.99 deductible on the insurance. Last week my son's phone broke. The store does not stock his phone because it is a 128G, therefore we cannot get a replacement at the store and had to mail away through the insurance. The insurance sent us a REFURBISHED phone for our $199.99 deductible and monthly insurance payments. The store states that the insurance WAS for replacement with BRAND NEW when we purchased it, but the insurance company changed the policy. The insurance company says the store is lying and the policy has ALWAYS been to replace with refurbished if it is not in the store stock (which my son's phone is not stocked by the store). So the insurance and the store are pointing fingers at each other. Obviously somebody is lying...and we are getting screwed. I am not telling anyone they should or should not deal with Cellular Sales Verizon or Cellular Sales Tech Protect. I am simply stating the facts of our experience. YOU decide! read more
