I have Spectrum internet. Have had it for years. We have been having some dropped connections…read morelately so we had a tech come and fix it. Here is my experience... I went to Spectrum. com to report the problem. When the router/modem was tested they found a problem and gave me options for a tech to come and fix it. I selected the 10 to 11 slot for the next day. At 10 am the tech arrived. He spent over an hour updating our outside line, installing a new modem/router and making sure that all of out TVs were set up to connect to the new equipment.
