My carrier is changing from Sprint to T-Mobile so I chose to come here to address battery issues with my iPhone. Mike M. assisted me and he was friendly, welcoming and patient. I ended up needing to replace my phone and he did a wonderful job helping me find just what I wanted. I also really like the pink lights in the store read more

I would give negative stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE. We went in to shop for plans and phones. We found a couple phones we liked and an agreeable plan. Paid for activation of 2 lines. My current phone was to be used until the new one came in. Swapped the SIM. THEN.. the employee asks for $500 for a deposit on the phones. We had just used my card to pay for the activation. Why wasn't this mentioned BEFOREHAND? Nope. Told them we weren't dropping $500 on a deposit for phones and to cancel the whole thing. They immediately refunded the activation fees. Within a few weeks, I started getting bills for Tmobile service THAT WE DIDN'T HAVE. So many phone calls, hold times, and transfers just to be told the store had to handle it. I have gone in to the store a handful of times now and called many more than that. I keep getting bills. NOW... I just had my credit score dropped 54 points because it went to collections. DO NOT GO HERE. Bunch of scammers. read more

We couldn't do same day, so we met the following morning. Just as hoped, the guy kept it straightforward, honest, helpful and as described. A little context: Originally Sears was out (yes, they still exist). Having repaired a few refrigerators, garage doors and operator control boards myself over the years, I knew things weren't right with these Sears guys (yes, plural -- well, one in training, poor sod). They weren't dishonest, really, just excessive. Especially with cost (...pretty obviously constrained by dinosaur policy -- what felt geared towards getting a fleeced customer to buy a new appliance from Sears). The Sears guys estimated a four-figure two-man project, including for two off-the-shelf generic machine screws, $37 each, parts only. (Still had to pay them for coming out.) Bless their little hearts. I can see how people get bamboozed by this blue-shirted Sears "professionalism". Hearing good things, I contacted Daniil. And in a little more than a day, paid an eighth of the price for way more, better, no-nonsense, good natured, in-and-out service. With warranty. When I arrived at his shop, he said he could do the work while I waited, I was very happy to hear this since I live 30 miles away. I was at T mobile on August 5, 2020. The service was excellent. I had partly completed the online form before i got to the store. There ended up being a glitch that made the process a little harder.
