As with most places tho, this review comes down to customer service. And we lucked out with Daniel Kelly. Very personable - which should be a given in this line of work, one would think! - but also very patient. We came to get my Mom a new phone and we tried out various ones, along a Goldilocks/Three Bears theme. Daniel was polite, didn't rush us, explained differences in plans, and how to clear old phones, which is a huge boon for us non-techy types. He said to call him if there are any problems, but none hv arisen yet. I'd like to believe the other associates would be as helpful.

This is compared to the service rep at the Hwy 90 store that told us we would lose our discount if we remained with the cheaper plan and refused to even try to get us on the best plan that worked for us. Poor communication by representative. Second time a representative has misled us at this location regarding our monthly billing amount when signing up for new plan and we found out it is higher than printed on quote and had to call corporate for correction. Representative Jayson could not print out detailed billing quote, explain plan differences, or explain discounts on our plan. No wonder this location churns through so many employees when they're this incompetent.

Brought in a Galaxy Note 4 with a jammed volume button. When I picked it back up, the volume button was fixed but later that day when I plugged in the phone to charge, the home button would not work. Apparently the charging port was misaligned and pushing upon the home button when plugged in. I brought the phone back in and showed the misaligned charging port. They said they would fix it. I got a call 15 minutes later saying to pick up the phone, and there was nothing wrong with it. I went up and the button did work like it was supposed too. I asked what he did to fix it and she said he never touched it and there was nothing wrong with it to start with. I looked at the charge port and it was adjusted. You could tell he used a screwdriver to pry it back down due to the missing paint on the top of the charging port. Why couldn't she say they "adjusted" it instead of trying to tell me that there was nothing wrong with it. It's not worth the headache, just go to Florida Cell Repair. Much better quality work.

HughesNet refused to come to home to get equipment and even when I reluctantly offered to pay, still refused. Last rep informed me cancellation of internet $370.00 and phone $200.00, total $570.00.
