Alpine was offering free shipping to a dealer in Lake City. We are 50 miles from there, so I called. Steve answered the phone, looked up the model we wanted and offered to order it & then ship it to us at no charge. It was the Monday before Christmas, so I wasn't hopeful that we would have it in time. However, Steve called me on Wednesday when he received the stereo, got my credit card information, and the stereo was in my hands the next day! It's now the day after Christmas, and my son just called me from his truck using the Alpine stereo's great Bluetooth feature and talking hands-free through the stereo. I do not rent from Aaron's. He demanded to come in my house to verify if furnisher was there. I verified my name , I wasn't the person he was looking for and explained that I just moved into the house. He blocked in my driveway and wouldn't leave. I had to call the police. Two drivers came to my home to deliver furniture for the two customers who moved in with us and began to racially profile me, talking to me rudely, disrespecting me in my own home. Then the older driver literally ordered me like I was his slave to go upstairs and move everything out of their way now before they can start moving.
